Jon came over this morning to give me an estimate on a new A/c unit, but first checked my old unit to check any issues. In the end he found that my unit works great with zero issues, I just needed to change out my air filter on my furnace. I really appreciate that he didn't try to just sell me something and was honest and thorough. Nice guy too. I will use Jon when ever I have issues. Thanks for being a stand up guy and honest

They came on time, they were very pleasant, they explained what was wrong, they solved the problem and they were very reasonably priced. What's not to like? I will definitely use them again.

I'm pretty good with tools and have installed one water heater before. For me the whole job turned into a total nightmare. After been without hot water for an embarrassing length of time I gave up and called this 100 year old company. The technician named Rod came in and the job was completed in record time. Rod was not only very knowledgeable but also gave a detail explaination of the problem.  The bill was very responsible. Any plumbing problem I have in the future is now a no brainer who to call. Terrible customer service. Business is overworked and understaffed and that is reflected in the way they treat their customers. Do not expect good communication or any timeliness around techs arriving unless you have an urgent emergency. Save your time and find someone else.

My mom scheduled an appointment for July 3, 2023 at 10 AM. At the last minute, the receptionist (sister and daughter of the plumbers) called to reschedule the appointment for July 5, 2023 between 10 AM and 12 PM. My mom was told that the father or son would call when they were on their way. They never showed up and never called to explain why. I left multiple messages with the receptionist, asking for her to be courteous enough to at least call my mom so that she wouldn't wait around all day. Crickets. I don't know why I expected her to be courteous when she answers the phone like she's annoyed with life anyway. I'd never use them again.
