Needed a new faucet put in my bathroom vanity and R&S contacted me same day with a fair price. Herb scheduled me for next day service and went above and beyond getting the old faucet out. The original faucet had severe corrosion and required a lot of effort to get out. I was extremely satisfied with the final results and would strongly recommend R&S. Set an appointment and this provider did not show up. Responded to my message an hour and a half after making me wait a 3 hr appointment window. They obviously value their time more. Recommend hiring a different plumber.
