I can't say enough great things about Laiby of Yuda's Plumbing and Heating.  He was very punctual and  professional and his fees quite reasonable.  He completed the job of unclogging my bathroom sink in just a few minutes and was so pleasant to deal with.  I strongly recommend him!!! Look no further for plumbing work!

These guys should not be licensed.  People, learn how to put in reviews.  Don't throw 5 stars at a plumber just because they unclogged your drain, or made your toilet flush.  Anyone can do that.  Innocent people rely on these ratings.  I hired Cutler Bay PLUNDERS for an 11,000$ sewer pipe replacement.  First day working the bitching started. The concrete slab is too thick, the pipes are too deep because they go under the foundation in my ordinary one story house.  I had to stop them 4 separate times from Jack hammering the critical structure of my house because they had no intention of running the pipes down below as original. None of them were physically capable of getting down to dig.  To prevent further destruction I spent an entire day digging under the main cross beam myself which went 3 feet down.  I'm 53, got a workout, fine, just do a good job with the pipes...Nope!, they threw in the pipes and buried them with cement and water in an absurdly short couple hours before I could see how careless the work was.  Suddenly there was a rush to finish all pipes and bury everything in one day after 1-2 guys working 1/4 days  for 5 days.  Jorge and Bernardo (the owner) literally spent more time on screaming, threatening, temper tantrums than the actual pipe work.  After they got paid and left, I decided to scope the pipes because I saw pipes not fitted together, only surface stuck with glue. The remaining cast iron vent sloppily cut, instead of cut straight.  Well more than 1/2 the fittings were not even mated with the pipes, (no exaggeration) just stuck together with lots of glue. Jorge got so much dirt into his glue, fully seated joints were impossible.  4 of 5 horizontal runs were BACK PITCHED. This may be hard to believe and it sure was for me after seeing their ratings. I've done plumbing myself so I know how it should be done. Here is a quick fyi plumbing basics. A plumber that does not join the pipes all the way INSIDE the fittings and PITCH the pipes in the direction of flow is NOT A PLUMBER AT ALL.  I could go on, but you get the idea. Underground clogs and leaks are imminent.  I struggled to even push my professional camera through where the pipes are not joined correctly.  Countless codes violated. The entire job must be dug up and done again.  After politely notifying Bernardo and Jorge of my findings, they asked for pictures, screamed one more time and cut off contact with me.  I have entire videos but here are a few pictures.
