Doug is the BEST!! I needed some indoor and outdoor lighting installed as well as a new sink, faucet and garbage disposable. When he came over for the estimate he gave me a good price and didn't ask for money up front. He told me he believed in only getting paid once the job was done. I really appreciated this. Once Doug was at the house and he began to work on the sink it was clear right away that the sink I picked out would not fit. Instead of just saying sorry it doesn't work and moving on to the next project Doug was kind enough to go with me to pick out a new sink and a few other small plumbing items he noticed needed updating.  I thought for sure he would add on a fee for all the extra help, but to my surprise he did not! Doug was meticulous when working. He brought his own clean up supplies, found his own light bulbs to put in the outdoor lights, checked and rechecked that the plumbing wasn't leaking from under the sink and provided care to my house that I would think he used in his own. He was able to finish all the projects around the house in a timely matter and called me to let me know things were complete. Yes, I left him ALONE at my house, outside, to take my daughter to get her drivers permit. That's how much I trust him!! I will absolutely be using Doug again for future projects!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I was not satisfied with the quality of service provided by this company. In my opinion, they were unprofessional and didn't fulfill my expectations when working on my pool. If asked to recommend a pool company I would have to refrain from recommending this provider as my opinions are negative towards their integrity, professionalism, and workmanship. This was before the hostile messages they sent to me through Yelp threatening me with legal action for posting a review. This is the updated post per their request which only expressed my personal opinion of the company. If you are reading this I hope you find a good company to assist you with your pool cleaning and maintenance needs.

UPDATE: After updating the review the owner of the business made threats against myself and my family. I had to report the issue to YELP and local law enforcement. My wife is fearful that the business owner will now cause us harm based on his threats. He said that YELP will remove my review. If they do they should be held responsible if this person hurts anyone.

I was trying to be nice to the business owner and make my review more professional than it originally was. Here is my recollection of the experience I had with this company. We paid for an acid wash originally. Mike the only employee arrived and did that plus replaced a few tiles. I do not know what he was thinking as he replaced them with a different style tile. When I pointed it out he said he couldn't find that tile but he could change it to something else for more money. I left that alone and asked about changing the sand in the filter which he did. We then paid $60 to start a monthly maintenance service with him. He never returned to do the service. A week after the acid wash our pool turned green. I finally got in touch with mike and was told to add more chlorine. The chlorine levels were so high that the pool supply store suggested something else was wrong. We had another pool company come out and they discovered a few leaks that were not there prior to the repairs by mike. He also said he thought the sand filter was reassembled incorrectly but could not verify without emptying the sand again. We declined and they were eventually able to clear the pool. We never heard from Mike again regarding the monthly services we paid for. He only reached out two years later to threaten us for leaving an honest review. I decided to make the review more professional to be kind. Then mike began making threats towards my family even though they didn't make sense. I had to notify Yelp of the harassment and contact our local police department. This has caused unneeded stress on my wife who is pregnant and now we are in discussion with council regarding filling a civil suit for the pain and stress he placed on my wife and our unborn child. Very disappointing to see a company act in this destructive and imature manner. Please read other reviews and you will quickly see a pattern of behaviors that I am sure you would like to avoid. I wish we had.
