Best Outlet Installation in Mesa AZ
Dale was great. He tore out the existing adobe style fireplace surround and replaced it with a gorgeous knotty alder mantle. Wow! Beautiful craftsmanship. He also added a door between the master bedroom and bath. I love my door! He was efficient, communicative and very fair prices. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Dale!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. They are a company that demonstrates honesty, integrity and high professional standards. We highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed. Let them know Lee sent ya!!

The plugs in the master bedroom went out along with one in the garage on Thanksgiving evening. On Friday, I called one company and told the answering service what happened. I was told to expect a call back within one hour. Never happened. We waited over the weekend, on Monday, I called another company that after 3 hours hadn't called back.
So, checked Yelp again and found One Shot. I called and Gabe answered right away. He was waiting to hear back from another client, so he said he could come over right away!! :-)
Long story short, he's thorough, explains thing well, and did a fantastic job. He was great to work with and reasonably priced. He will be our first call for electrical issues in the future.
Thank you Gabe!! You ROCK!

I did an entire 1930 historic house overhaul and rehabilitation with Mike and his work was always outstanding. With this type of undertaking we ran into MANY unforeseen challenges, but each time Mike called me with at least two viable solutions and ways to keep the project moving forward. He didn't just text me a photo and ask me what I thought we should do. With extended projects like this there has to be patience and communication from both parties and Mike was very good with this. He understood the goals of what I wanted the house to look like and he took pride in providing that level of service and workmanship.
If you want a $60 repair, Mike isn't your guy, take your fake feeling of entitlement and importance somewhere cheaper. If you want quality work and a handyman who treats your home like his own....hire Mike and sleep better at night.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I had a unique, time-sensitive, and potentially complex repair that needed to be done in my kitchen. Kurt responded quickly when I reached out for help, took the time to ask for pictures and communicate about the issue before he came to the house, and then was able to come out as soon as needed and quickly fix the problem. He is responsive, communicative, fast, courteous, very professional, and does excellent work! Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling him again when I have another project.

Zac did a fantastic job replacing our mini-blinds. Zac was very nice from start to finish and arrived on time. Thanks Zac. We highly recommend Zac Of All Trades.

Unfortunately, my AC unit stopped working recently. I looked around for a local fix. John (the owner) came out within an hour and had the ac working in no time. He took the time to educate me on how the whole outdoor condenser unit worked. I really appreciate the effort John! I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!

Gary was friendly, responded to my messages quickly and he offered a fair price for my doggie door install. However, that is where the good ends. Upon arrival, he set forth with the project. Though he did NOT listen when I said that some trim needed to be removed to install properly. (According yo the manufacturer install directions). He said that merely screwing it in would suffice. I explained that I could have just screwed the screws in myself if that was the case. He did not install the weatherstripping. In fact, he told me I'd have to go get some tape from the hardware store myself to adhere it. It left a large gap, allowing a cold/hot air exchange. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $60 still....even though the job was not completed. $60 for 6 screws. Nothing more. What was supposed to be a time and energy saver, ended up costing me much more than the $60. I lost my patience....and my whole day.
Thank you Gary..,.for teaching me that I should just put on my big girl pants and do the job myself. I am perfectly capable, and ended up doing a better job than you. The ONLY reason I gave you any stars is because I ended up learning something from you not doing your job.

My mom needed some minor plumbing work done in her townhouse. I called #GeorgeBrazil and received this heinous estimate for more than $3000!!! Be sure to take a close look at the estimate pictured below. Each line item has a quantity column but no associated price column. All the ones in the quantity column add up to more than $3000!!! How does that make any sense!! When we had the home inspection during the escrow process the estimate for repairs was less than $200! And the inspector said the only repairs we needed was plumbing. The plumber (Brazil) admitted the total labor time would take about 2.5 hours! With this estimate that means somebody is getting rich very fast! That is an estimated $1200 an hour for parts and labor!!! #GeorgeBrazil , do you really think an 88 year old woman would authorize this ridiculous estimate! Go pound sand!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!
My response to George Brazil in regard to my review posted herein.
Marc E. (from George Brazil) claims they never changed us a cent and summarized all the work they were quoting. Sure, they quoted exactly that. My problem with their quote is that each line item does not have an associated price. When a quote is created there should be a line item describing the work to be performed and it's associated cost. A quote can have several line items of work that is to be performed with their associated costs. Then at the bottom of the quote all those line items are added to arrive at a subtotal. The quote that was provided to us does not have any associated cost for each line item. If you look closely at the quote they all have quantity of one and then at the bottom of all those ones when you add them up it comes out to $3000+. My complaint was how can a quote total more than $3000 yet there are no figures above that subtotal to add together to arrive at that figure? Let me finish by stating that I had ALL the work completed this weekend, 1/7/17, for less than $800! I am NOT exaggerating my review. I really did have all the work I needed done completed for the amount I stated. And, I also purchased new faucets and plungers for the kitchen and bathrooms and repaired the leaks in the bathroom and kitchen sinks.

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. Screenshot of texts attached.
