Best Bathtub in Mesa AZ

I contacted Plumbers of Maricopa in a panic. The water main on my property burst. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry. He was at the property within 10 minutes of my message. He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Thank you so much Plumbers if Maricopa. You guys rock!!!

I just had the great pleasure of hiring Michael Beach and his son to repair an issue in my house.  They responded to my emailed query immediately, sent a very reasonable estimate, and accepted the job without question.  They were prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would and took care of our issue efficiently and professionally and without changing their estimate even after they realized the problem was a bit more difficult than they first thought.  I could not be happier that I have discovered Beach Plumbing and before they left the house I showed them another project and asked for a bid.

Be sure when you use the Yelp system to contact them, unclick other contractors in the communication box unless you wish to receive multiple bids.  I highly recommend Beach Plumbing.

Details: Noticed on a Saturday that in one of my bathrooms the shower handle would not turn the water to the shower head off. The handle had been sticking for some time, so the fact that it ended up breaking was not that surprising. Turned off the water to my home and started to look online for solutions. Seemed like the most likely issue was that the cartridge failed and required a replacement. I don't have plumbing tools, so I figured it was best to just pay and get the cartridge replaced by a professional. Contacted multiple companies and all quoted me a similar price (350-400 dollars). Flush King was willing to come out the same day, so I decided to go with them.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. After about an hour of work he indicated that he tried replacing the cartridge, however the water was still not shutting off. He told me the valve needed to be replaced and that it would cost 1800 dollars. This was unexpected and seemed pricey, so I declined to have this repair done. My intention was to cap the shower head pipe and use my secondary bathroom until I could get a second option. The technician from Flush King than said he was concerned that the water would end up flooding inside my wall and that he recommended getting the work done that day, by him, for 1800 dollars. I again declined. He told me that he could show me what his concern was, so he left briefly and returned later with some type of small push valve. He connected it to my shower head pipe and, when water came out of the push valve he just installed, he suggested that this evidenced an ongoing problem that required immediate attention. He assured me he had 17 years of experience and was just trying to help me out. When I declined getting the valve replaced at a cost of 1800 dollars for the 3rd time, he said he could try another cartridge.  This cartridge worked perfectly fine, and the replacement was done in about 20 minutes at the agreed upon price. The whole experience took about 3 hours. The technician did not acknowledge that he recommended a course of action that would have unnecessarily cost me an extra 1400 dollars.

I am not an expert in plumbing. Is it possible the cartridge the technician installed initially was defective? Maybe. Is 1800 dollars for a valve replacement reasonable? Maybe. Is it possible that a push valve not working correctly suggests a risk of internal flooding? Maybe. My thoughts are these: if cartridges often fail, then why wouldn't a technician with 17 years of experience try another before recommending a repair that more than quadruples the original estimate? If the odds of a cartridge failing are so extremely rare, then what is the likelihood that other unusual things would be happening at the same time? I do not know the answers to these questions. I only believe that any reasonable person would find all these factors occurring at the same time to be highly questionable.

To give appropriate credit, the job was ultimately completed effectively, at the agreed upon price, and on the same day of request. However, I cannot in good conscious give a review higher than 1 star given the questionable business practices.

Again, please exercise caution if using Flush King for services.

I have been a Yelp user since July of 2016. I simply never felt the need, or had the desire, to post a review until my interaction with this company. The original check I provided to Flush King was not processed because of an administrative issue at my bank. Once notified by Chris of the matter (on 5/11/23 at 8am), I contacted him by telephone and provided an alternative form of payment within that same hour. I offer this information in the spirit of full transparency related to my review.

I have no desire to blast any person or company. I have genuinely tried to share my thoughts about this interaction in a professional and respectful manner. Perhaps the impression I have following this interaction a product of a simple misunderstanding. While I do not believe that is the case, it is possible. Yelp readers will need to decide for themselves what to make of my review. Although I will not be a customer of Flush King in the future, I wish their company well and hope their future customers are fully satisfied with the services they receive.

The tech (spencer) showed up in uniform on time and I was given a 30 minute notice. Once he arrived he put on booties which I appreciated. He was friendly and explained everything well. I was given a $25 off for first time customer. I highly recommend.

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.

After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

The folks at Apple Plumbing are fantastic.  I highly recommend them.  I have relied on them for all of my needs and installations.  They are professional, great to work with, and do quality work!  Their fees are competitive and I trust them.  We recently had a pipe leak behind a wall.  They came in fixed the leak, got everything cleaned up, and installed the replacement system.  We are extremely happy!

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

If you want a plumber who will accurately and HONESTLY diagnose all your plumbing issues and correct them at an affordable price... look no further.

What a life saver!

We discovered a leak under our bathroom sink early Sunday morning.  I called and spoke with Dan.  He was able to fix it before we left for church later that morning.

Huge rip off; buyer beware. Long story short, after being duped on pricing from a technician that took TWO days and had to call for help every 15 minutes I did receive a discount from the manager. Not enough but it was a good faith call and I moved on. NOW, several months later.....  I find out the incompetent tech hooked my fridge water to the HOT WATER pipe. Not worth a PENNY!  We have renovated an entire home and of all the DIY and subbed out work - this company is by far the worst ever. Go anywhere else.
