Matt, Greg and Jill were very professional, polite, and helpful. Compassion & empathy were displayed. Not too often in this day and age do you find such integrity and character at the highest level as I experienced with this staff. Kevin was so generous to come all the way out to our house in Phoenix to double check an issue that wasn't reflected on our home inspection report (that Smith Plumbing conducted).  It ended up being a simple fix that we just hadn't thought of-- definitely a little embarrassing, but I'm not sure that we would have figured it out without his help! :)
