After contacting several services for an ongoing chemical problem, I called and spoke to the owner/Mike, who arrived the next day and the problem was soon corrected. Mike even came by twice that week to check the clarity of the water. Having now used this service for almost 2 years, I've been able to enjoy a sparkling, blue pool without any issues. After a major pump malfunction on July 3rd, where I lost 2 feet of water in 15 minutes. I called Mike and he arrived the next morning and spent several hours replacing and repairing all that had gone wrong with my current system...on a holiday!!! Haven't had a problem since! Mike clearly takes pride in his work and it shows. Fair and honest quotes with no surprise extra charges, on time arrival and very patient in explaining to pool owners about what is being done.
