Best Lighting Installation in Mesa AZ
Got Dale of Yelp. He was fantastic. Did all sorts of odds and ends that had been needing fixing for quite some time. Some complicated, some easy. He was wonderful. Very professional. All the jobs he did turned out fantastic. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again.

Alex (owner) is FANTASTIC! I had a leak in my pool's suction line. He not only answered my phone call immediately, but was able to come over the next day and find the leak location within a few minutes. He came back within a few days and fixed the cracked pipe without any problem. I would HIGHLY recommend Leak Hunters to track down your pool leaks. They are incredibly professional and reliable.

Having used Copper State before.... They were the first place I called when I had an Epic Fail of having a friend try to install my Pendant light in my dining room.
Mike gave me a time.... showed on time.... and did the job start to finish in under an hour.
Shame on me for not calling him in the first place.
This will always be my go to place.
So happy! Thanks!!

The staff that came out to the house were knowledgeable however they were trained to up sell beyond the point of ridiculous. The staff at the house also made speculations to my tenants that were highly inaccurate about me possibly selling the property thus causing them anxiety about where they were going to live next. I found that highly inappropriate and disrespectful. Their prices are astronomical and dealing with management is a nightmare. You are better off calling a local mom and pop handyman over this company.

We would like to have one of our service managers give you a call to discuss your experience so that we can review with our reps who handled your call and visit that day and hopefully fix these problems. We in no way intend for our team to ever overstep boundaries with tenants and landlords. Additionally, we do not want our techs to only focus on a sale and not the possibility of repair. We would appreciate your help in talking through these problems we had on your service interaction. Let us know through private message when the best time to have a call would be. Thank you!

I appreciate you replying however I did deal with management and was very displeased with the way they also handled the situation. My realtor was the one who had referred me to George Brazil and was also very disappointed in the way this was handled. He also called on my behalf in which they refused to speak with him even after I called back and gave full authorization to speak with him. They then advised me they could not speak with me, as my name was not on the mortgage even though I own the home along with another party. Yet they were more than happy to take my money from my credit card in my name.

I am extremely impressed by the craftsmanship, pride, and friendliness of Ian. I was sincerely shocked by the results at a fair price. He saved me a lot of money. This repair could have been much worse.
I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away). Ian stayed until 9pm roughly fixing my sub-flooring and installing a new flange. The attention to detail was impeccable. The job was done at the highest standard. The area around my toilet is now probably the most secure spot in my home.
I highly recommend this business and highly recommend Ian.

Diamondback Air is quick to sell you a brand new system, but to get them out to repair it is another story. Excuses galore, never on time, you are expected to wait for them regardless of what time they show, and instead of phone calls, text messages! Very and totally unprofessional! Do not use these guys, as its a total frustrating experience. They have honored their warranty thus far, but be advised, warranty work is their very last priority. Our system, a Goodman DSXC 16, a 4ton split system with gas heater was installed last year after I was told our 7 year old Trane was not worth fixing. I knew with R22 becoming more expensive and going away in 2020, it was a pay me now or later thing. Incidentally, quote for a new compressor, labor only as compressor would be under warranty from Trane was $3,000.00. Very high price I found out later. No a/c, we were hot etc, I made a terrible decision to replace and use these guys to do it! Real quick to install I must say, but I also paid $7,001.64, and they never waited on me for payment, they had their money before install was complete! Last Friday, after a power outage, this new system went out. Over the phone with the owner he talked me through replacing fuses, pulling a capacitor, testing capacitor, replacing capacitor etc only to diagnose a circuit board as the problem. Was told they would be out Sunday or Monday morning at the latest that's a quote from the owner John. Never showed until after 6 pm Monday, Chris replaced the capacitor, and circuit board on the condenser unit, also a fuse on the air handler. System came on, Chris left. 2 hours later, system stopped cooling, back to our 100 sq ft spare room with a cheap 5000 btu window unit that's 7 years old, cost 85 bucks and blows cold. Spend 7 grand and don't even get a year of cold out of it. Ironic. Called again, was told Chris would be out Tuesday, no show, was told he'd be out Wednesday, on his way, be there soon, etc etc etc. told he was involved in an accident, would be first priority Thursday morning, be there by 9am, no show no call so unprofessional. He finally showed Thursday evening. Replaced thermostat, system on. 3 1/2 hours later, quit working again! Chris had to call Goodman to figure it out. 1600 share foot house, me my wife and 2 large dogs are in 100 square foot bedroom now for 1 week! Friday told another circuit board for the air handler heater unit inside was ordered, he would be here between 12 and 3 to fix it, was called by Chris at 1:30, part not there but on the way, he would call when he left, nothing until 830pm when he said he would be at my house by 8 am Sunday. My wife waited all day Saturday for no reason, could've gone to the valley to get away from our hot house, she's upset now. He finally showed up at 3 pm Sunday system on at 355pm and hasn't stopped yet! I believe it's been a thermostat problem from the get go, but I'm not comfortable and confident in this system. All this deception, lack of communication to their customers is a direct reflection on the owner John. Too late for me, but read all the reviews on these guys, there's a few good ones, but for the most part mostly bad and mostly because of their promptness. If you say you're gonna be there, you better be there! If a customer isn't home, you will leave.

Gary was quick, professional, and responsive. He installed three new power outlets for me, installed a kitchen sink, and moved a coaxial cable. All work was done cleanly and works great. Very pleased with his work here.

Kurt built and installed a hallway shoe/coat storage bench and a few light fixtures for me. I have to say, his patience legendary. The storage bench came damaged, but be recommended a MacGuiver level solution this was beautiful. Then one of the light fixture had a broken string of beads and while I diy'ed a fix, he was right there to assist. Definitely my go-to handyman! Oh, and when I hired him to hang shelves in my kids (4 and 8 yo) rooms, and they wanted to help him, he patiently explained what he was doing, why and let them help with a few of the easier steps.
