I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. Kevin was so generous to come all the way out to our house in Phoenix to double check an issue that wasn't reflected on our home inspection report (that Smith Plumbing conducted).  It ended up being a simple fix that we just hadn't thought of-- definitely a little embarrassing, but I'm not sure that we would have figured it out without his help! :)
