They showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I apologize to the 2 young men I wish I could give kudos to, but names just don't stay with me.

After 4 estimates, we are so happy that we went with Jimmy Joe's Plumbing.  They were by far the most professional and most knowledgeable and they had the best price. I just had the great pleasure of hiring Michael Beach and his son to repair an issue in my house.  They responded to my emailed query immediately, sent a very reasonable estimate, and accepted the job without question.  They were prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would and took care of our issue efficiently and professionally and without changing their estimate even after they realized the problem was a bit more difficult than they first thought.  I could not be happier that I have discovered Beach Plumbing and before they left the house I showed them another project and asked for a bid.

Mike did great work on my exterior hose spigots. He was straightforward in the beginning with a fair price and was very good at communicating and working with my schedule. I'll go to him again in the future.

Chris recommended a simple fix to stop the sewer smell coming from my casita bathtub drain.   Run water once a week to moisten the p trap which seals off the sewer smells.  Thank heavens!  We are now ready for holiday guests!

I bought a water softener and called Jeff @ Majesty plumbing to install it.  I told him that I would like it setup so I could bypass the water softener in the event that the water softener had a problem in the future.   Jeff took the time to explain the best option and was upfront about the price.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge that Jeff brought to the job.    I would highly recommend Majesty plumbing to anybody that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified plumber.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

Spencer was able to install our vanity just a couple days after I reached out. The top of the new vanity was a little wider than we had space for, and instead of saying he couldn't do it he went through the extra trouble of removing some drywall to get it to fit. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely hire Spencer again!

Buyer BEWARE, I had Zest Plumbing and Drain come out for a bath tub faucet which wouldn't turn off. Signed off on the initial quote of $383 to repair and part costs. Upon return of picking up required parts the technician informed me it was another $483 to reinstall!!! Huh, what are you talking about?  Well BUyER BEWARE what you are SIGNING up front

The return of customer service!!

I called S3 Plumbing after noticing my water heater was leaking.  Sultan was at my home within 30 minutes!  Very professional, and good at communicating all the issues I was having.  I needed to have my water heater replace, and he returned 45 minutes later with a new one.  Installation was done quickly and he left the worksite cleaner than when I arrived.  I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on items and services I didn't need.   He has since check with me to make sure everything was working properly.  I will definitely be call Sultan back for all my future plumbing needs.

This company was the absolute worst to deal with. Scott, was totally unprofessional and rude. They kept telling me for my repair that they were waiting for the home warranty company but after a month, Scott told me he had no notes or photographs in my file so he didn't know what needed to be done. He told me that a part was going to take two days so after a month of waiting and then two days I call to get the status on the part and he said that he didn't have it. So they under delivered on times. Finally when the part came in Scott told me that since I was annoying he normally would have pushed my job back a day. How disrespectful can a person be?! This company sucks the big one

Paul G. was amazing! From the moment i found my entire master bathroom flooded, I frantically searched for the most affordable, reputable, and timely plumbing service I could. Luckily, George Brazil opens at 7am and took my call and scheduled me promptly. I was provided a 12-4 window-- however Paul arrived at 1pm (PERFECT). Service was straight and upfront-- no hidden fees. Paul used his ipad to show me costs upfront, had me sign, and also discussed potential issues I should keep an eye out for in future (ie- my water heater is 17 years old, time to replace!) He fixed my leak quickly, didn't mind that my 2 yorkie dogs were yapping, was personable, and extremely friendly. I called back to George Brazil dispatch, as i forgot to mention the $35 off coupon while Paul was here, and they graciously assisted me in getting my discount. I will be recommending GB plumbing to all friends and family. This has been the most prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, non- haggling plumbers I've used since moving to Arizona.
