Contacted Jill for help in a flooded room. I didn't want to involve my insurance for fear that the rate would go up. Jill was clear, professional, prompt, and very friendly. She gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done, the time frame it needed to be done in, and what it would cost me.  The work was done exactly the way she quoted me, and repaired better than new. A shower was not providing hot water.  The plumber came out and said the Moen cartridge had to be replaced.  He claimed the Moen product was very expensive and the total cost was just under $300. Since we were having company over and they would use this bathroom I agreed to the job.   I subsequently learned the real cost of the cartridge was less than $60.  In fact, the plumber told me I could have bought a new handle, shower head, and bath head from Lowes for less than $120.
