Sales rep (Dustin) had duly noted all relevant measurements, but no internal confirmation by Patrick (manager) prior to sending a truck.

Big waste of time, plus no respect for neighbors who had water turned off in entire section of condo building.

Wrong technicians (not the crew originally promised) arrived today --  two weeks later and more or less as scheduled. No advance call as promised. No shoe covers as promised & wearing sewer boots.

Poor communication between Patrick and Nikita at office. No prior explanation about original crew having called in sick.

Multiple follow-up calls from Choate's -- apparently only responsive when the sale is suddenly on the line.

Too many issues with Choate's, especially during Coronavirus surge.

Last person I spoke with was advised to expect a bad Yelp! review from this highly vocal and disappointed previous customer.

Service time: On the 3rd working day, job was completed. Top notch.

Value: A little pricey, in my opinion but you get what you pay for

Overall I say 4 and half stars. Any other projects I may have, they will be the first phone call
