Prompt, friendly, professional, neat and did great work. I didn't shop around for competing quotes but for amount of time spent and the cost of parts and supplies I believe his charges were very reasonable. Would recommend highly.

Our water wasn't hot. My husband was able to get the igniter on the water heater to give us one more tank of hot water on Saturday(Christmas Eve). We called Ed's plumbing on recommendation from Nextdoor. Diane was through in explaining about the $125 assessment fee would be deducted from bill if we have them do the work. John was great. He was professional and thorough. He installed our new Rheem water heater and was cleaned up within 3 hours of his arrival. We really appreciated the work being done efficiently and timely.
