Very nice and friendly staff. Good selection of appliances! I had driven past it before but never thought about it when I was looking for appliances. I'm glad I went by to check it out, I will end up going back to purchase when I'm ready.

Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. They fought for us to have a brand new one installed at no extra charge. We are very grateful for professionals that still care about their clients well-being. Thanks again, Bryan and Bees Knees Associates!

I had an underground pipe leak, and I did not want to dig up the floors. They installed pex through the attic, and I saved the cost of tile and wood flooring having to be replaced. The staff member working on the job was professional and very diligent in his work. We have had no problems since the work was completed, and I feel confident the work was done right.

Called them out for commercial service. They charged me $500 to tell me it would cost $1500 to fix. Another company fixed the problem for $500. They are dishonest

I used this company because my heater wasn't working. When I called to inquire about cost, I was told it would be $79 for the service call and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would be more depending on what the issue was. The guy was there for about 30 minutes before he determined it was my transformer. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it, I asked how much and he said $250. Me, not knowing any better said okay. When it was time to settle up I was astonished to the see the bill. They use a predetermined price for certain stages. I was a Stage 2 charge, which was straight up $250. No one ever mention this pricing scam to me. I researched the price of the transformer and found it at Home Depot for $12.55!! So for 1 hr. labor and a part that cost $12.55 they charged me $329...quite a markup!! I think they are a bunch of crooks and will not recommend them to anyone!!
PS-Keep in mind the weather temperature was in the teens!! Two days later my heater is not working again!!. I called them and they said that it would be warrantied if it was the same problem if not there would be a charge. So, I'm thinking NOT. I will not be suckered again!! Called another company and they charge $34.95 for service call and do not have a predetermined Stage pricing. So BEWARE this company!!

For 125 dollars I had them drill the main line in my back yard so my toilet and sinks would drain. They were going to charge me another 125 for each additional drain to snake out which was out of the question, I would snake it myself. After about 30 minutes and just a really quick job, they claimed to have cleared the roots out of the line. They then told me that the main line is broken due to the elm tree that I have and it would be 3200 dollars to fix. There was no warranty on the job they had done but what other choice did I have. A month later Its completely clogged again where nothing drains. I call these people again about the shotty job that they had done about the main sewer line. They told me that the job was only supposed to be temporary and that somethings it works for a year, sometimes a few days, but the only real solution would be to have them come out and replace the main line for 3200 dollars. That is out of the question and they wanted me to spend another 125 dollars for them to come attempt to drill the main line again. I said hell to that because I wasn't going to spend 125 a month or so to just have sort of working drains! They lady that I spoke to claimed they had cut the roots out of the pipe, for one, the tool they had used was a spring, whoever heard of a spring cutting through roots? I didn't even see any roots extracted from the pipe, how do they know this? beats me. Anyways I highly recommend you use another service than calling these people.
