Best Outlet Installation in Louisville KY
HE introduced to self and let me know he was a master plumber. It's always a good feeling when you know it will get done right the first time. He's very thorough with everything he did, make sure it was done properly, and he didn't rush thru it,nor did he take to long was done before I had to pick up the kids. When we got home the kids were thrilled to use the upstairs bathroom.

This review is long overdue. I actually found Tim on Yelp and connected with him there last summer. We had just moved into our current house and he installed outlets in the garage. I was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, he did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and he charged what I thought to be a reasonable price. Like he states he's straightforward and I appreciated that. The outlets work great and I'm glad I had them installed!

This is an alert for anyone looking to have a major repair or replacement done to their HVAC system. If you want to call them, be prepared to get at LEAST one other estimate.
My HVAC needed to be replaced, and the Tom Drexler quote was over $21,000. Feeling over a barrel, but also feeling like this was an astronomical price I got two additional apples to apples quotes. The other two quotes were within 3% of each other -- right around $11,000. When I alerted my Tom Drexler contact to understand the HUGE disparity in their quote vs. others, they IMMEDIATELY offered to do the job for $12,500. Then I got another call offering to take another $750 off the price.
Your service techs are great. Your sales practices, in my opinion, should be regulated.
Please, if you have anyone in your life -- a parent, child, grandparent, friend -- implore them NOT to get a one-and-done quote from this company.
The sales person that called me listened to my concerns about their outrageous pricing (and the 9% extended term loans they offer to people on a fixed income) was incredibly dismissive and argumentative when I challenged their pricing/sales practices.
If you, or someone you know, has had a similar experience with Tom Drexler please post here. We have got to get the word out about their outrageous pricing in a category where many people feel like they have to go with their first quote to minimize the disruption of their lives (e.g. taking off work, family obligations etc.). There needs to be greater transparency for companies like this.
