We're supposed to show up Friday to work on A/c after being 1.5 hours late and not on there way yet rescheduled for this morning from 7-11am. At 1130 I called them and they said they were on there way. At 2 I called back she said she was in a. Call and would call me right back. Never called back then would not take my calls.

They came out to see our plumbing issue and said they would send me a quote that night (Wednesday). I didn't get anything that night or the next day, so I called on Friday to ask if they would send the quote and they said they have been very busy, which I told them I understood. I was going to hire them because I liked the one atop shop idea, but they never sent me the quote or contacted me again.

I understand your right to choose your jobs, but then why say I would see a quote that night in my email, or when I called, why would you tell me it was forgotten and I should see it by Friday? Also there was never any letter sent to me through the mail. Just be up front.
