I called on a Sunday afternoon and I honestly didn't expect anyone to answer. Marco answered and tried to get someone to come out here that afternoon.
Unfortunately he wasn't unable to which I completely understood but had Chris out to my home first thing Monday morning. Chris was able to locate the problem immediately and fix it but unfortunately I had a bigger problem.
Pipes needed to be replace due to old piping and corrosion. Chris was able to get under the house and take video and pictures for me. So that I could see exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything to me and he was extremely professional and patient. He gave me several options.
I couldn't be more happy with the job, the company or the crew that was able to fix our problem.
God forbid I have another plumbing problem but if I do I know exactly who I'm going to call and who exactly I'm gonna request. Thank you so much.

These guys are very good, very courteous, and very professional.  

My washing machine flooded my laundry room, part of my kitchen, and part of my dining room on a Monday night.  My girlfriend found these guys the very next morning and they were at my place Tuesday morning without having a prior appointment or anything.  Merco called me, let me know that he was in the area and that he could come and stop by to check out the damage and what not.  I have hardwood floors so I was hoping that this could be salvaged.  Merco took a look with his thermal-vision (or whatever it's called) camera and let me see where there was humidity.

They did their work, dried the floor, cut out the dry wall that needed to be cut, replaced it, replaced the base boards and quarter rounds, and all seems to be well.  Merco was very very professional, very nice and courteous.  His guys Tony and Leo were also very very cool guys who did their job excellently.  

Should anything happen again, I'll for sure be calling these guys!
