Unfortunately, we are unable to review the actual service from Adeedo! -- because they are 0/3 in NO SHOWS.  As unprofessional as it comes!  We attempted service twice in the last 1.5 years.  One appointment was for an emergency.  They neither showed up as promised, nor did they call to cancel.  We gave it a second try and the same thing.  Over a year later, we contacted them a third time, only because a coupon came in the mail, and we figured we'd try them again.  They provided a 2 hour window.  Not only did they not show up, but they didn't call to cancel or follow up.  Consistent, albeit in the most unprofessional way.

I loooooove Next Gen plumbing! They have been out here to help me several times. I am usually able to get a same or next day appt. The guys are on time and always wear masks and shoe covers. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Today, Martine and Carlos came--they were efficient, helpful and answered all of my questions! They were here for my sink, but checked the toilet and bathtub too--they were so great! Much appreciated and thankful for the prompt and helpful response!!!
