Excellent customer service! I messaged on Yelp to inquire about an RO faucet installation and  got a  prompt response. When I was ready to get the job, I text messaged Kody and scheduled the appointment for the following day. He was very professional, nice and informative. Highly recommend.

Wow - what great service! And VERY reasonable cost considering the work that had to be done.

Corey came out the same day I called for service to fix a toilet leak. Tried to repair it but the gasket was shot and couldn't be replaced, so he got me a new toilet instead. Didn't charge for the labor or parts used on the original repair since it didn't work, nor was there an extra charge for him to go buy the toilet and bring it to my home. Not only that, but no mark-up on the toilet; he showed me the receipt from the store. He was very clean and polite, and even fixed the lopsided toilet seat installation that Gorsuch had done in our other bathroom. I will definitely call them again when I need work done.

Great company. Came out to fix a flooded kitchen. Worked fast and clearly know what they are doing. Came in with masks. The price was a flat fee. What they quoted me. Finally a honest plumber. Thank you!

Excellent, honest and affordable plumber!!  I've used Plumbing Installs for about a year now, to install my Aquasana system, replace toilets, and do some minor maintenance at my house.  But, LADWP called the other day and said that we had a major water leak.  Peter re-adjusted his schedule and rushed over.  As I was calculating the 10's of thousands of dollars that this was going to cost, to re-plumb the entire property, he quickly opened up the water meter, and showed me how to tell by looking at the meter, if we had a leak or not.  There was NO LEAK!   Crisis averted.  Thank you, Peter!  Now, on hold with LADWP....
