Kody is an outstanding plumber. He takes pride in his work and it shows. It is hard to find a professional tradesman in Orange County that goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Very clean work, great communication, and shows up on-time.

The service offered by Pristine is of  high quality. I used their service twice, one for bathroom sink being clogged and the other for changing a shower head. Each time they responded to my request immediately and gave me suggestions on the phone about what parts I need to purchase. Then next day they came on time and efficiently get the problems resolved as I wished. I was impressed by the service the Pristine team offered under the leadership of Richard.

I have had Mike as my plumber since 1991 and have followed him with every company he has worked for and was extremely happy when he started his own company.  He is honest and hard working almost to a fault.  He gives you choices on how you want to handle repairs and definitely will not sell you something you don't need.  I never have to worry about my rental units when I go on vacation. Mike is just too AWESOME for words!!!!

I had a recirculation pump installed because I was filling up five gallon buckets in my shower before it got hot. This is a fantastic investment, I have the water heater turned down half mass and the water is hotter than it ever has been before!!! It heats up in 7 to 10 seconds!! No more carrying 5-gallon buckets of water to my backyard and repurposing for my lawn. Thank you so much Petar ! Quoted me via phone, Got me on schedule in 1 day, was prompt,  efficient,  cleaned up, and friendly. Highly recommended!

I had been having issues with my toilet and drains clogging and after multiple visits from our property management's maintenance guy, they finally called the professionals at Jack Stephan's. Jimmie L. came out and was very friendly - loves dogs too! He went right to work on all my toilet/clogged drain issues in both my bathrooms and kitchen. He worked quickly, thoroughly AND he took care to pick up and clean up as he went. He even went above and beyond to reroute some pipes for my garbage disposal that weren't properly installed by the maintenance guy just a couple of months earlier. I wasn't paying this bill since I am a renter, but did notice the bill when I signed off, and it was very reasonable. I will be recommending my property manager use Jimmie L. at Jack's for all their future plumbing/drain/heating needs.

Great Experience!
Had an upstairs shower valve & clogged drain issue called Done-Rite plumbing and within an hour a team came out, met with Rob & Logan both wearing their mask and even took off their boots before entering house A+ service at its best. We had a brief discussion about problem, and they were on it! problem got resolved done deal and they were on to their next job... will most definitely be using Done-Rite plumbing for all my future plumbing problems.
