Hired Mario to help with replacing cartridge in a tub-filler faucet. It turned out to be a bit more difficult due to some corrosion. Mario patiently and diligently worked on it until he got it done right.

Good communication, on time, great service and reasoprice. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. I've already gave him a great review for some work he did on my house and on a rental property from roofing work, new fencing,  plumbing and everything in between. I am now giving him another fantastic review for the work he did on another rental property that needed a complete renovation. Basically the house needed to be complely upgraded. He was able to do it all. From replacing all the faucets, re- grouting the bathtub, shower and sinks, re-coating the bathtub and fixing all the broken drawers. He repaired all the interior and exterior cracks. He added a new front door, he replaced all the blinds, he fixed the kitchen bay window. He replaced the difficult light switches for one light go on and off from both switches. He fixed the heater. He did the cement work from the front stone area before the entry stairs that had a gap between that area and front yard. Plus the plumbing that went from the sump pump out to the front yard. He was able to do all these odd repairs with no problem. He explained everything that needed to be done. He provided pictures of the problems. He purchased all the item that were needed to do the job and provided the receipts. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely manner. He truly wanted to help anyway he could. Plus he was so pleasant to work with. To top if off his prices were reasonable. I can go on and on but it boils down to that I highly recommend Leo for anything you need done on your property. Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I highly recommend AMI Handyman Services.  Johnny Garcia Sr. hung a door for us and installed two combination door handles.  He was on time, professional, highly skilled, a hard worker, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.  I will definitely use Johnny for all my future handyman needs.

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

I've done many construction projects from my previous restaurants, and know what's needed for the job, which is  a reliable person to complete a project, and....Jorge is The Man!!!
I had to replace my picket fence in front yard, my wood had rotted and I couldn't even open the gate. I met with Jorge at my home, we discussed different options for the fencing. We decided together on one type of fencing (paver's with stucco coating) - The next day-
Jorge met me at HD Supply, and we picked out supplies together, while he kept suggesting minimal amounts needed to complete the project and SAVE $$$.  Nobody does that!!!
Then, on top of it, I changed my mind, and went with white vinyl fencing, and Jorge was nothing but patient with me, no attitude, judgements, etc.
He arrived on time, his helper Issac was also great, and they got the job done in ONE DAY!!!
And again, Jorge said to take back the gate kit that cost $90.00, and just buy a couple of hinges & gate bracket,( I ran to Ace Hardware on 2nd )-  to Save Me Money!!!!!
I almost regret writing this, because he's getting busier, and I need a few more projects  to complete...
However, Jorge said, He won't take too many jobs on at one time, because otherwise he can't provide the care & quality he's use to and I find that is so worthy of someone your trusting to help you accomplish your goal.
Again, Nothing Short of Amazing, not a Greedy person that's only about the $$.  Rather, Someone that actually cares about their work, a person who is honest, reliable, looks out for your budget, detail oriented,  and very friendly and pleasant to work with!!!!

I called Kevin on a busy Saturday morning so frustrated that I had a relatively new washer and dryer set delivery...however no one capable to install!!! He was so kind and willing to come by later in the day to help me out!!!! Even though he was extremely busy he heard my pain and disappointment in my voice...on his arrival he and his assistant David couldn't have been more professional and confident in the job at hand!!!! Victor White Handyman is a true professional.   I decided to use Victor based on all of the positive reviews.   I recently purchased a home and have had my fair share of contractors who were flaky and didn't call or show up on time.   Victor was completely the opposite.   He called and showed up when he said he would.  He even texted me ahead of time saying he was on his way which I really appreciated!   He just left my home after installing 5 porch lights.   He did a great job and is a perfectionist.   He will be coming back to do a few more jobs for me.   He is extremely reasonably priced and very friendly and knowledgeable.   I will be using his services in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.

I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.

Mr. Harris was wonderful. He has 30 years of experience and was able to fix our toilet water supply line fast and skillfully. He didn't overcharge and he was knowledgeable and showed us how the wrong valve had been used previously. Excellent work! Would definitely call again in the future :)
