Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.

Edson listened to our concerns and came with solutions! He made sure that we were taken care of in every step of the process of us getting our A/C replaced. He made himself available when I had questions after our installation and had someone show up super fast to fix the problem. We appreciate the professionalism that Edson and his team brought to our installation. They got it done in one day and we have been comfortable ever since!

Looking on Yelp, had called another plumber already and was given a time later in afternoon. I called at 830 am.  Had Gas Co. come out the previous day , appointment time was from 7am-8pm, of course they showed up at 750pm. (That was so annoying).  Decided to call PI.  A man answered and said he would be right over. Score.
The man was Peter, and I was really impressed with his knowledge of my water heater and what to trouble shoot. ( I googled my water heater problem the night before.)
He broke it down and re- assembled with brand new part. Turned out wasn't the pilot light it was the burner assembly.
Anyways Peter said never seen anything like this and to call whirlpool up. We did and they replaced my water heater. Peter took it out and went to Lowes and got me a new one and had it installed quickly.
We plan on using him again for some basic plumbing problems in the future .
He made me feel comfortable.

I reached out to Kevin for a new faucet install in the kitchen sink and by the next time I checked my phone (15 mins) he had responded and offered to pick up the new faucet I had sent him a link to! He was very clean when setting up and when the jobs were completed! I also had him install a new shower head that he happily agreed to and completed that task in a timely manner! I will absolutely be using Kevin's services again and highly recommend to anyone in need of a friendly, reasonable handyman!

Their plumber came out and gave me my free estimate. I scheduled an appointment as instructed. I explained that I had nothing in writing on the price, she replied it wasn't a problem because they send the same guy to do the work. Took time off work to meet the plumber - they sent a different guy. This guy explains that the other underbid the job as usual, he leaves - leaving my door open. I call the office. The same gal claims there was a misunderstanding on the price, so they won't honor the bid. She wants me to take more time off work and schedule another appointment at a higher price.  FYI I am a general contractor so I speak the language. There was no misunderstanding. These are the type of contractors that give us all a bad name. Stay away!
