This was our second call to nexgen and they continue to be amazing. Lukas was on time and friendly. He explained everything while pinpointing the leak on the main water line. He was thorough in the fix and didn't upsell us anything. So great. I recommend this company and Lukas to anyone with a mystery leak!  Thanks!

The 2nd story of my home had a leak. The carpet outside of my bathroom door was sopping wet. Luis came out and found my problem. He was polite and very professional. He set my mind at ease as he answered any questions I had. Turned out, it was an issue with the tub that needed to be reglazed. My anxiety is gone now that I know what I must do to fix my issue. I highly recommend Stephen's and his crew.

Shane was amazing! My water heater was showing signs of age for a couple of weeks and finally it gave out on me on a Saturday Morning.  Shane is very knowledgeable and spent some quality time on the phone with me to help me figure out what the best option was for our family. 24 hours later,  I have a tankless water heater installed and we couldn't be happier!  Very professional and super clean install.

These guys rock!!  While the job wasn't terribly complicated, Aaron showed up on time and did a great job.  Funny too!  While I hope not to have to use them again I wouldn't hesitate to call them in a heartbeat.

Signed up for their membership to get a diagnostic of our 1-ton AC minisplit which was not blowing cold air. The tech came and proceeded to blow hot air. The electrical was done wrong, the lines to the interior unit are done wrong. Your compressor is broken. I leaned down to listen to the compressor and heard it running. Isn't it running? Kind of like the sound of a refrigerator compressor when it is running? He didn't respond and changed the subject. I asked if he could recharge the freon, and he said it wasn't an option since a freon leak was most likely and it would be too costly to track it down. His solution was to replace the whole unit. The cost? About $7000. The technician was willing to lie so that he could aim for a replacement instead of a repair.

This morning, I had another company come and diagnose the problem. The tech cleaned the coils, recharged the 4 pounds of freon and charged $500.

I regretted not checking with the Better Business Bureau before trusting the reviews on Yelp:

We have been working with Complete Plumbing for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are proactive in looking out for our needs, but do not try to sell you anything you do not need.  I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. We so appreciate all they have done to help us. Working with them is like working with a family member.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Excellent service. Fernando came to my house (he is Tony's son) and he was a very pleasant guy.

He was on time and he was able to replace my shower head assembly (the whole thing) even though he ran into a few complications along the way.  He was very honest about the whole process and walked me through all the steps.

Yes, he wore a mask the whole time and he had covers on his boots inside the house.  

Given the fact that he took this task off my hands and I didn't have to worry about it, I would say the price was quite fair.  There was a certain component that he did not have to replace, but I opted to replace it anyways which drove the price slightly higher (that was on me). Other than that, it would have been the original price he quoted me for on the phone.

Send pics of what you need done to him - it helps a lot. He is a great communicator.
