Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing emergency and this company literally saved the day. Justin was beyond professional and courteous. They were in and out in matter of hours and most of all the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Plummer for any and all of your plumbing needs.

I found this business by their Facebook page. My well pump began to rapidly cycle which I suspected was a bad pressure tank. They arrived promptly at 9 am and went to work to replace the well tank, low pressure switch, and manifold pipes with all stainless steel. Excellent service and fair pricing!

Fred did not actually provide any services.  However, I still felt the need to write them a good review.  We had a leak in our new home in our well water system.  We know NOTHING about well water stystems.  It was late on a Sunday before a Holiday.  He still returned my call and took the time to listen to our problem and advised us on what he thought the issue has and how to repair it.  That kind of service is near impossible to come by!  I will be contacting this company with any future plumbing needs!

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! Great experience with these guys. Super expert at their trade.  We live in DC - Columbia Heights and no plumbing company wanted to touch replacing a terracotta pipe. They were talking permits, digging and $$$.

We called these guys to see what they could do. We ended up doing trench-less water repair with them. While everyone else was telling us we had to excavate, Jason and his team assessed the situation, saw they could take it on, and did it! Best of all, their guarantee and longevity in business made us feel better.

I'm giving them a 4 bc it took them a while to send me back the final receipt  and I had to keep hounding them for this. Wish that part was more automated.

Working with AAB was such a good experience. Allen was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly full of integrity and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed the problem completely and quickly. I have worked with a number of plumbing and HVAC technicians in Baltimore and I am always nervous about the quality of work I am going to get and the level of knowledge the person will have. Allen exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a plumber stop here. You have found the best in the area.

We had just bought our first house and with the changing weather our heat came on for the first time, or what we thought was heat. After a few days of thinking something may be wrong, we called Hamilton and they were able to come out the same day. The tech, Vernon, was extremely nice and explained everything so we understood. He was able to narrow a few issues we were having down fairly quickly and fixed them while he was there. Now we have a very comfortably (heated) home. I will definately be calling them again for any HVAC and plumbing work.

We've had them out multiple times to fix sink clogs, leaks, hot water heaters, and they even put in a new waterline for us.  Both the GM and the guys who do the work are extremely professional and make you feel like you're in good hands.  It's a relief to know that I have a plumber I can count on to provide only the service I need at a reasonable price.

If I could give a zero, I would. THIS IS A HORRIBLE REVIEW! On March 17th we had a toilet emergency at 3:30 in the morning where my 6'7 post surgery husband fell and broke the toilet and tank. Water was EVERYWHERE. I called Bailey Bros. and he did not feel it was an emergency and said he would be out between 9am and 11 am.. Needless to say he was late. He barely looked at the toilet and immediately said he would have to remove all the base boards and saw 10 inches up from the floor to check for mold. He promised me he would be back and it would be fixed by 5pm. At 2pm, my husband called him and he said he wasn't coming, probably because I did not fall for his SCAM and BS about the ridiculous repairs he wanted to do after looking at the toilet for 2 seconds.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY YOU WILL GET LIES EXCUSES AND MOST LIKELY A JOB A TWO YEAR OLD COULD PROBABLY DO BETTER ALL HE HAD TO DO IS CALL TEST EMAIL to let us know but when he lost his scam charges he bailed out.

Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
