* * Description of Complaint: Michael and Son services came to my home approximately 2 years ago to fix a dripping faucet on the tub upper level bathroom tub. I had recently bought my home. A Service Technician came to my home for the repair and suggested that I get the bathroom remodeled saying it was outdated. I was approved for a Michael and Son credit card. As a new homeowner I was very excited. I have 2 bathrooms, upper and lower. I bought a jet tub, shower head, sink with a vanity and a toilet for the upper level bathroom and was told that I should get the lower level bathroom done too (shower installation, sink, vanity and toilet, since I had the money on the M&S card. One of the technicians that was doing the installations had serious issues as in RUDE. DISRESPECTED AND ARGUED WITH RELATIVE WHILE TRACKING SAWDUST AND CAULKING THROUGHOUT MY HOME.(there are many other things that went/are Wrong. Upper Level-a hole was drilled in my vanity (ruined it) without asking, to place a toilet paper holder,shower head is so high that you have to stand on your toes to reach,caulking around tub is peeling off,and WHEN I USE THE TUB TO SHOWER OR BATHE OR CLEAN THE TUB,WATER THAT SUPPOSE TO GO IN THE OVERFLOW DRAIN in the tub GOES IN THE WALL AND DRIPS DOWN A VENT IN FAMILY ROOM DOWNSTAIRS WHICH HAS CAUSED A PUNGENT MILDEW ODOR THAT REEKS FROM DOWNSTAIRS TO UPSTAIRS. The ceiling has cracked. Rust and water stains are visible.I HAVE VIDEOS AND WITNESSES FOR VERIFICATION. Moving forward this is JUST TO MUCH. I AM TOTALLY BURNT OUT. It is an effort to write this complaint. M&S sent 2 Techs sense 1/19. Both stated were going to make a report to the manager because they didn't know how to fix this problem. I make monthly payments on time.I have not mentioned anyone's name because this doesn't feel good. BUT I NEED HELP NOW! I've realized the importance of reading reviews before getting major jobs done. I do not need phone calls playing tag from M&S. I need CORRECTIONS DONE NOW.

2. Desired Outcome Description: Although I selected a billing adjustment which would be FAIR, the corrections MUST be made. I have strong concerns of mold growing in the downstairs ceiling from the upper level bathroom tub. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting these wrongs made right. I sent an e-mail to M&S stating that I would like for the owner of M&S to contact me immediately. I make my monthly payments on time. I feel that I have paid for this job in full. Bathing is a necessity. Thank you.
