Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

Very friendly and Professional. Our water heater started leaking at night and brian contacted us the same night and replaced our water heater the next day. He was very quick and clean. I will use him for other plumbing needs in the future!

We had an issue with our water heater and oil burner, and had no hot water. Larry came out on a Sunday, and spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, the issue was more of a furnace issue, and not the water heater. He charged us a nominal fee, and followed up today to make sure we got the issue resolved. That is customer service! We will definitely be using Coldwright for all of our plumbing needs.

We have had two totally distinct experiences with this company.
Pro:
In the winter, our polybutalene service pipes needed urgent repair because it had burst. Ken Griffin Co. came out quickly to assess the situation, made competent recommendations, and then fixed the pipes. They needed to cut through drywall in the house as part of the reparations. They came back within a week to fix it, and did an excellent job.
Con:
They left the yard in absolute upheaval, looking as though a body had been hastily buried there. They promised to return in early spring to grade the yard and plant grass.
We have been calling since March to ask when they will be out to fix it, and each time, the woman answering the phones, tells us in a discourteous tone that we are on a list of people waiting to have their yards fixed. Each time, she also claims not to be in possession of the list, and therefore cannot tell us when it will be fixed.
Our yard has been an absolute eyesore for 6 months now. It's an utter disaster and embarrassment. You can't you haven't been warned.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.
Jeff Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation. I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
