Our mini split units were dripping, and they came out the same day we called to fix the problem. They made sure the problem was resolved and were thorough. Their pricing was fair, communication was great, and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. So thankful for them!

I have used Fast Freddy's Plumbing for over 10 years and they have always provided me great service. Dishwasher installs, water heater replacement, kitchen sink and disposal replacement, plumbing for two different bathroom remodels. Always reliable.  Highly recommend!

Lost all water to my house and acreage on a Saturday. Called Harper Well and Plumbing and they answered and said they would be there in an hour. Father and son showed up in 45 minutes. They identified the problem immediately and were able to make things work until the new tank can be installed next week.  Fast, professional, and trustworthy. Thanks guys!

They were right on time fixed all our Plunbing problems quickly.  Very friendly reasonably priced for the time spent on our plumbing issues.

After Mike replaced my water heater, he put the old one out on the lawn and said it would  be picked up today or tomorrow.  After six days, I called to remind him.  He made excuses and promised to pick it up that day.  After another day, I called again, and got the same response.  The third time I called, he just sent me straight to voice mail and never returned my call.  After 11 days I had to pay a guy with a pick-up $30.00 to haul it off...something that was part of the job I'd already paid Mike for.  This was an unsatisfactory and inexcusable way for someone to conduct business, and I cannot recommend him.

This plumbing business is excellent. They have responded within the same day on two different occasions to help with a major sewer, plumbing issue. The staff are friendly, their knowledgeable, they are respectful. Most importantly they are affordable. We would definitely recommend this business.

I am a new homeowner and new to my area, I have called Aqua Plumbing  when I thought my water heater was going out. They were extremely helpful and sent someone out. When they could not diagnose the issue they sent me in the right direction. I used them again in the middle of a panic right before a graduation party on a Friday of a holiday weekend they ensured I would have someone out that same afternoon to fix my shower. I have nothing but great things to say about Kayla and the staff at Aqua!

The technician was very friendly and helpful. We got an appointment the same day and it was the weekend. He cleaned up the mess around the main drain. We provided the cleaner and the drop cloth.  He adjusted the toilet and it overflowed the next day because the water level was too high. We had to pull up the carpet in the bathroom. He could of wrapped up the end of the auger so it wouldn't drip up the stairs.

Would give zero star. This company orders services, uses them and then does not pay their bills. He's made no effort to call or arrange even small payments. He lets bills come month after month only to have family return mail. After going to their address we were met by outraged wife who yelled and called us complaining of trying to collect for services they ordered and used. This company would not work for free yet expects others to. Very, very unprofessional.

Worst customer service and the guy who answers the phone is not professional. I had them out three times to look at my water heater and each time they failed to diagnose the problem. I had an appointment to replace it (after a week of getting the run around) they came out and they didn't fix or replace it.  After speaking with the owner he informed me that they would still be charging me for the service call. They didn't fix, replace, or figure out what was wrong with it but I still had to pay them. I called another company who quickly replaced it the next day!

We called on a Sunday afternoon. Our sump had failed and water was rising in our basement. Our regular local plumber was out of town, so we scrambled for the first company that could help us. King and Sons were able to help us quickly. The technician was friendly and fast. He had new pump installed in 30 minutes. Then he gave us the bill.  $550. We were stunned.  Since there was not an itemized bill, I googled local places for sump pumps. Most stores had them for $100 -$150.  That means they charged us at least $400  for service call and labor for 30 minutes. That is $800 an hour. Maybe look to another company for reasonable prices.  There moto is we treat you like royalty, but they Also charge like royalty!
