What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

My husband and I are visiting our son and his fiancé from Texas. They have moved into their first home a month ago and had garbage disposal issues over the weekend. I told them I would handle lining up a plumber. Scott answered my call at 8:00 a.m. the day after Labor Day. He was here in an hour. He found the garbage disposal was cracked and leaking. He cleaned out the debris, installed a new disposal, checked to make sure all the systems were functioning. He was honest, prompt and fair. I am happy to know our kids have an excellent plumber to use in the future. Highly recommend!!!!

Alan & Stephen of the kings helper were great. They fixed our bathroom sink and leaking toilet within 15 minutes of their arrival then asked if we needed anything else fixed in the 30 minutes/1hour they are here. They checked the rest of the bathroom sinks and kitchen sink for us in our house and tightened up anything that was lose.
That night one of our sink traps was not working. I called that next morning and they squeezed us in and came back out and fixed the sink trap in my son's bathroom.
We were very pleased with their work and will call them for any future plumbing repairs we need.

These guys are not the fastest responders nor the cheapest company in the area, their technicals are friendly enough but upper management really lack integrity of small business owners. If they mess up on a fix they will never accept fault, and come back with aggressive comments. They did not put the flow cap back on under the crawl space of our pipes and put our whole family in danger of methane gas for 3 weeks. I would recommend calling other local companies that will respond faster, do a better job and much much cheaper.

Exceptional service, professionalism and very honest! I called Profetick Plumbing to have my sewage ejector pump replaced because it had stopped working. Buzz was at my house within hours of calling, even though they were booked solid that day. We recently bought this house so we didn't know how old the pump was, but he was able to look up the age and fixed it for a lot less than it would have cost to buy a new one. I will use Profetick Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

Scheduled a day and time for crew to fix a minor issue and after several hours of waiting beyond the scheduled appointment time, I called and was assured crew would come after a certain part arrived...they never showed nor has anyone reached out to schedule another appointment let alone offer any type of explanation, not that I need apologies or explanations, just show up when you're supposed to. I guess I'm old fashioned but once you commit to doing a job, the honorable and right thing to do is see it through and this company did not do that, not even a call to reschedule. A disappointing experience overall.

I have hired many general contractors over the years. This my opinion and my experience with JKM Contruction and Customs. Mike in my opinion was the most unprofessional. We paid him $17,000 which was over half the estimated job to build a master bathroom in upstairs bedroom. First went ok, the plumber came and ran some pipes from the crawl space to the second floor. after that week thinks just stopped. Mike said framers would be there but never showed and when we texted him he said something came up and they had to do something else. this went on for weeks. He then claims he paid them and they never showed. 4 weeks have now went by and mold had grown on the lumber he had delivered and placed in our upstairs bedroom. my wife is very allergic to mold and carries a Epinephrine pen so she can no longer go upstairs were the lumber is sitting. we have to live in our downstairs bedroom. Mike tells us that he can't get anyone so he will come and do it. he brags about how hard of a worker he is and he will show up at 9am sharp and put in the work of 2 men. the day comes and he is 3 hours late. I start texting him asking when will he be here because my wife has to leave and I have meeting and need to know when he will arrive so I can leave the meeting to let him in. He sends me a unprofessional text. you can see the attached image. Shows up hours late put in 6 hours of work then leaves. He doesn't do anything to address the mold on the lumber. Puts the lumber over the floor joists and covers it with plywood. I text him a questions about the work he did. He responds the next day with a text telling use to stop being nosy and let him do his job. Very unprofessional. Out of desperation we have him sign a contract to dissolve the original contract and he gets the wood out of the house but he also agrees to pay us $2,000 of the original $17,000 back. We gave him over a month to pay this back I even suggested he could do payments but he said paying the lump sum was fine. The month passed, he says he doesn't have it and then says to sue him and he would enjoy every minute of it. So instead I said if you don't have the money then you are to poor to sue so I will just write a review of your company and in my opinion very unprofessional behavior. he then begins cussing me and threatening me that he has some dirt on my from a previous city. which is absolutely laughable. I also started recording our phone conversations so if he disputes it I will post the audio files to prove what when on.

I really wanted to give GreenBox a solid 4-star review because I've had two good-ish experiences with them before. Both times the technician was very gracious and prompt, explaining everything to me, and charging me what seems like fair prices.
However I've just had a difficult experience with them and doubt that I will use them again. On a routine inspection to check my HVAC system, the technician found water in my crawlspace. He scheduled another technician to come out the next day. The second technician came to the door, said hello to my wife, then went to the crawlspace. My wife did not hear from him again. I called the company later that day to ask and they were not able to find the technician. I called again the following day and they still could not track down the technician.
After my third call they were able to track down the technician and I asked them to have him call me with haste so that I could understand the situation in my crawlspace.
One week went by with still no call from the technician. I called GreenBox again and asked for it the estimate to fix my crawlspace. Still nothing. But after a fifth call, still trying to be reasonable and use this company that has given me two good service calls, the receptionist was finally able to track down the technician who unfortunately wasn't able to talk at the time. I left my phone number and said please have him call me the same day. He did not call, but sent an email the following morning with a high cost estimate and no explanation for why the price was that high or that specific work was to be done. I sent some inquiries back and at this point have still not heard back from him (next business day).
My frustration is that I expect clear communication and explanation on matters like this.
I'm now going with another company because of this poor customer service interaction.
