Asked 2 different people on phone if I would be charged anything is the repair man was not able to fix anything both said absolutely not- guess what no matter what the repair guy does you are a charged a minimum $100 service fee for them to come out to the house. Free estimate is a scam. Man literally looked at toilet had no idea about the brand was not able to fix it and then wrote me up an invoice for $100- first time I have ever written a yelp review so irate.
