Called Fox, as they are a a certified specialist for my instant hot water heater. First representative was very pleasant, asked a lot of questions and said they'd have someone out the next day to fix it.

The following morning, get a follow-up call. Second representative says: we don't have any availability, and won't for the next two weeks. Says there are no notes on what I needed, and wanted me to provide all of their details again. No apologies, just attitude.

If you like a run-around and explaining yourself multiple times, then this is the company for you.

Great service and hard working. Did work efficiently and in good time. Friendly team. Would recommend for different tasks. We had doors removed and new doors hung, mulch in our front and back yard beds and around trees, cut and trimmed bushes trees, removed carpet from tile, and helped with heavy lifting of items in home. Reasonable priced.

Field Tech Anthony Figeuredo with AusTex Sprinklers did an awesome job for us today.  My master valve was spraying water into the air this morning.  I sent Mr. Thompson an Email asking for an emergency repair.  His staff called almost immediately and confirmed an appointment for 4:30 PM.  Anthony arrived two hours early, quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the master valve.  This is not the first time Anthony Figeuredo has saved our bacon.  He is always super friendly and helpful.  THANK YOU!

After researching and found that Superior Irrigation & Lawn would be the best option.  Was I right! Mr. Jacob Rojas is Very professional, explains in detail what exactly you will get, shows you every area where each sprinkler head will go, very thorough. got an estimate On a Thursday got it installed that following Tuesday. Great price and awesome system. Also wore mask when came out for estimate and supported social distancing during this crazy time of the pandemic, I highly recommend Mr. Rojas with Superior Irrigation & Lawn, you will not regret him and his team

We are getting ready to sell our house, and of course the pool started leaking.
Contacted Gold Star via their website, and they got right back to me via text.
Came out the next day, with a text beforehand. Had the leaks detected in a half day!
Had a full report with pictures, videos and descriptions of the exact issues.
Came out the next week and repaired everything in a day - including a whole new skimmer install, two light repairs, and fountain stone repair.
These folks are really great - I highly recommend them.

SALT sent a technician who installed a single plug and on/off switch (connected to another plug about 12 inches away).  He was very nice and professional and did a good job.  However, we were shocked when he finished (in about an hour) and said that the cost would be $689!  We knew there was a $79 'show up' fee (fair) and that it would likely cost $200 or so......but how they justify over $500 for a fairly simple task is beyond me.  We did go ahead because I had two other technicians already booked that afternoon who needed the electrical outlets to be in place.  But...I will NEVER use this service again.  I have talked with several electricians in our area who were similarly surprised by the fee.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I had my wife contact this company to come and work on our a/c. A simple fix has become a major ordeal.
Our system has had a slow leak in it for a few years. About every 2 years we need to get it charged up and then it operates just fine. This year the process has not been that simple.
I was out of town at the time our system stopped cooling so I had my wife contact Jon Wayne to come out and charge the system. She called them and they promptly responded to charge it. All was fine for about 3 weeks when all the sudden it stopped cooling again. The tech came out again and this time said some of the wiring was bad. I found this to be awful suspicious as it has never been a problem before. However, I told my wife to have them repair this to get it going again.
It worked fine again for a couple of weeks. My wife went out of town for a few days and came back to water dripping from the ceiling. A neighbor checked on the problems and found the drain to be clogged and water overflowing the drain pan. Along with this issue, our evaporator coil was now freezing up as well.
So to make a long story short... I now have a messed up a/c system that I need to get replaced, a few water stained walls to fix, and a bathroom ceiling that has to be replaced.

This company will never work on anything in my house again.
