Best Irrigation System Maintenance in Austin TX

George had a same-day opening to help me fix some cracked PVC pipes in my irrigation system.  

He worked quickly, and did a great job digging up exactly what he needed to, and putting the grass and dirt right back where he found it.  

I appreciated the straightforward pricing and no-nonsense attitude.

I can't say enough about the service I received from Austex Sprinklers.  We needed to have some of the sprinkler heads on our system adjusted, so we naturally called the company that originally installed it; however, they informed us they were too busy!  I called a couple of other companies...some I had to leaves messages for and never heard back from and others were glad to come out but they charged a minimum hourly rate (ranging from $89 to $109) just for an estimate.

Alex was super responsive and I had an appointment scheduled within a week of my call.  Gilbert was the technician who came out...he checked our entire system to ensure adequate coverage and adjusted seven sprinkler heads.  He completed his work within an hour...he was very knowledgeable and super responsive.  What I like best was that he didn't try to do more work that absolutely needed.

I will use Austex from now on and highly recommend them!

Jacob at Superior Irrigation and Lawn did a great job on our sprinkler repair.  His customer service exceeded our expectations, excellent communication as to arrival time and they quickly pinpointed the issue and fixed it during that visit.
