Best Generator Installation in Austin TX
These are the best most honest guys in town. After getting the run around by my previous service company, I called Fox. The compressor on my In Warranty Bryant HVAC system went out and Fox was quick to replace my compressor under warranty, with no out of pocket expenses, per the warranty! I am one happy customer. I would recommend Scott and the team to anyone. Thank you Fox Service Company.

Lived in Texas for 17 years. I manage facilities and suppliers at many levels and deal with technical vendors all day long.
This company has been doing my HVAC work since I got down here and I have never had an issue. Prompt, professional, accurate, at every level from technicians to office staff.
No silly commercials, just great service and quality products at fair prices. On my system that was installed at my own home today I did not even bother to get a second quote because I knew exactly what my money was buying.

Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. $79 show up fee - fair. Then $760 to change some pool wiring. I had other quotes in the $300 range, which seems ok for a 2 hour job. When I told them it was too much they magically found something they didn't need to do to lower the price to $660. Hmmm... Still more than $330 an hour to run some wire! Must be nice to make that kind of money. Can't comment on work quality because I opted to find someone else to hire.

Couldn't be more disappointed in their product and do NOT recommend. 6 days ago I paid them over 26K for a complete overhaul of my AC system. The workers were great and very courteous, however, here we are 6 days out and the system is not working. All day our upstairs has been 76° (feels warmer, honestly). I set it to 72°, no change. I set it to 68°, no change. I went outside to check the unit and it is not running at all. I'll be calling them in the morning to voice my anger and displeasure. I told them that my number 1 priority is having something that works and that I don't have to worry about, they guaranteed me 20 years and can't even give me a week. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.
