I called Justin because he was recommended by my neighbors, and now I know why. I called a few places first, and his quote was one of the lower quotes I received. I had a clogged sewer line, and he was able to come out 1 hour after I called him! He was very professional, honest and friendly. Once he came, he determined the problem was the city's responsibility, and recommended we call the city to come fix this.  I totally wasted his time, and the fee he charged to come out was VERY low.
