Best Bird Control Services in Austin TX

I am being generous for giving them one star.  I had ABC Home and Commercial Services come to trim the five large trees in my yard.  They attempted to do two of the trees in the back yard and then moved to the front yard.  I stopped them before they started trimming the trees and told them to leave.  The workers stood on the ground and with extensions to their saws took off some of the branches that they could reach.  I talked to the manager Jonathan and he told me that they were doing a class 1 pruning.  Their version of a class 1 pruning is a lot different than mine.  If you are not getting up in the trees and trimming out some of the branches, you are not doing a good job at pruning the trees.  They also left a bunch of tree suckers on the large branches.  I admit a few could be good but leaving the majority of the tree suckers is trimming the tree.  I am not an arborist but I do not trust ABC for tree trimming and doubt that I will use them for any other services.
