I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.

Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one  wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.

I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

After checking with a few other businesses, this was the best price so I texted back to move forward with the test. They emailed me an invoice, did the test the same day. They emailed once it was completed, I paid online and received a receipt and copy of the report. The entire process was excellent and convenient!

First off top of the line communication and service from Jacob and his team. From start to finish!!  Made the project work within our budget.  Now this is where the premier service starts.  We added some fencing to our yard which is now blocking area from getting water.  Called Jacob, came over same day in jeans and black long sleeve and moved the sprinkler because of a mistake we made.  It wasn't even a sprinkler they installed just did because of the great customer service his team provides.  Can't recommend enough!!
