Yesterday Mike Wood Plumbing replaced a faucet and cleared a main drain saving hundreds of dollars, avoiding the cost of a sewer line replacement. Mike Wood Plumbing is trustworthy, fair and dependable, so much 9044030588 that I trusted him with handling my own mother's plumbing problems without her or my presence. JEA recently repaired sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to research and review the connection from my home to the street. The sewer line previously had been inspected by JEA  and video was also taken. Was confirmed at that time my sewer line was clean and no problems detected.  W e l l  Eagerton was sent out to redo the inspection. Why I never know.
They also inspected the sewer line with their own heavy duty equipment which damaged my sewer line in the process.. After I discovered the damage I called JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the vice president was very rude. Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs but TommyI will not give any documentation or warranty. He does not return my calls and office staff is very rude. Do not hire this company.

Showed up 2 hours late. Eric tech stayed for 3 hours and did Nothing! Then owner came out to give me estimate on job! But couldn't do it for a month. The work was to be done the day so had to put everyone else on hold,,, they did get me their invoice for nothing in 2 days!!
