We called Duck Duck Rooter several days before Ian was due to hit because we had two buried sump pumps  that needed to be replaced. They dispatched Sean quickly who advised us on what needed to be done and what the best pumps for our set up would be. The office supplied us with a written estimate which was very reasonable, considering the urgency. Sarah was always polite and willing to listen to me when I expressed concerns about getting the job done before the hurricane. We were not able to get the pumps in before the storm, due to the time crunch, (not Duck Duck Rooters fault.)
