A friend at my husband's work recommended them to us. John came out the very next day and looked at our project (changing the footprint of the kitchen). The work was scheduled for a few days later. The plumbers who came made good use of their time and got the whole job done in half a day- funny story- While they were working a crane came down the street and accidentally tore the electric and cable wire right out of our soffit. The plumber called his electrician friend and they worked on getting that fixed too. What a nice guy!

With Hurricane Irma looming, I found myself in the parking lot of Home Depot with several planks of plywood that would not fit into my car. A pick up truck w/ the WW Gay logo on the side was parked nearby and I asked  the driver, John, if he would like to make a few bucks to haul my wood the three miles to my house. He graciously agreed immediately, helped me load and unload it, and then absolutely refused to take any payment. For him to take the time, when I'm sure he had his own hurricane prep to worry about, reflects well not only on John (who's last name I did not get), but on the company he works for. i called to get an estimate for installation of a 28 gallon water heater. they wanted $500 to install a $300 water heater. it takes an hour or less to install which means their rate would be $500 per hour. that insane and greedy as hell
