We asked AAA to come out and evaluate a few plumbing related issues.  They came on schedule which was nice.  BUT-

We had a faucet in our kitchen that needed to be replaced. I had purchased a new one that we needed to have installed. Easy Peasy.

Guess how much their estimate was.  $150?  No keep guessing...$300.  Getting warmer.  Ok I'll tell you.  SIX HUNDRED FORTY FOUR DOLLARS!  That's right...$644.  I asked the guy how long he thought it might take.  It depends...different sinks take longer than others and we charge a flat rate

Ok guy two hours?  One hour, how long?!

I'd say one

Extortion.  Shameful pricing.

My husband got it done in 45 minutes.  I would never ever call these guys.  Seriously...who in their right mind can charge $644 for less than an hour of work...I mean for that kind of money I would expect Peyton Manning to show up and replace my faucet.

This company is absolutely awful. They were all nicely/nice until you hand over the check. Their follow-up and customer service is repulsive. They destroyed my backyard (some of which was expected). They ripped my redwood deck off its foundation and left it in the middle of my yard for over a month. They finally put it back poorly. They did not have my permission to do it and I was told beforehand they wouldn't need to. They severed my sprinkler line, and left it unmarked. They ripped out my backyard fence and left me nothing to try and rebuild it. This all happened in December of 2022. I have tried numerous times to get someone to replace/repair some of what they destroyed/damaged, absolutely no response from anyone. Oh for the days when the customer comes first. It says on their vans Satisfaction Guaranteed. Nope, not this customer, who plopped down over $20,000.00. Greed indeed! I strongly suggest you NOT ever use Plumbline.
