Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! The owner Randy staggs is very dishonest. I had sent him a quote from a different company and he said he could do a few thousands lower. I am sure can you what the quote would be knowing that he has been in business for over 30 years and worked with many insurance companies. When I got the quarterback I was shocked to find out it was not only less than the other company but 10K more than the other company!!! I am sure that Randy knew this before him and he was just trying to get the $400 fee for the initial visit out of me! I think that he robbed me of the face knowing full well that his estimate is higher he lied to me!!! Stay away from this company as they are very dishonest and very overpriced, not to mention the owner is a liar!​

This company was quick to reply and quickly came out to diagnose my water heater, however I think they were also quick to sell me something I didn't need. The plumber looked at my heater for a few minutes and told me it would cost as much to fix the broken ignitor as it would to replace the whole unit (almost $1900). At least they didn't charge for the estimate. Another company sent a plumber the next day who recognized that the unit was still under warranty. He was able to get me a free part overnighted, then install it for only $300. The unit should lady at least another 5 years.

Called My Local Plumber on a Wed and they replaced my toilet by Thurs - very prompt and professional. two thumbs up to Denise and Eddie. highly recommended!

The owner, Blue, was quick to respond on yelp and based on their reviews I hired them. Brian came by my house this morning and took a look at my tankless water heater which had a small leak from the cold water valve. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me a fair price for the repair. He also looked at our bathroom sink because the faucet had low water pressure. He was able to repair the aerator and the water pressure was great. He didn't charge me for the assessment or  the repair he did on the sink. He is a stand up guy. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Andre was amazing, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He replaced our garbage disposal, cleaned and replaced the pipes, and also took a moment to inspect the other plumbing around the house at no extra charge! Next time we need anything plumbing related done in the future, I am calling Legacy Plumbing

I called to get an estimate on replacing my shower faucets because the water kept running. This was not an emergency so I was open to any availability and they came out the next day. My faucet problem was assessed and sadly to fix it the title would have to come off. I was asked what I wanted to do and given many options. I decided to wait and fix the faucets when I redo the whole bathroom. Best experience ever! I was never pressured to the buy and the quote was fair and realistic!!

This is the 4th time in 7 years that my outside faucet/plumbing has frozen and ruptured the pipe in the wall. No interior damage, just the garage. Shout out to the best plumber in DFW - TIERNEY Plumbing. They are wonderful! Pipes fixed, water back on! Thank you!

I noticed new water damage to my wood floors near my sink. After researching around, I remained local and called ABC Plumbing. Daryl and Chris were phenomenal. They were able to locate the problem quickly (a cracked sanitary tee) and replace it all within an hour and a half. They communicated during the entire process so I never felt in the dark or surprised by what was happening. The price did not break the bank either! They also helped me find a reputable restoration company to make a same day appointment for later in the afternoon. I am thrilled I chose local and will remain a loyal customer.

They identified possible causes over the phone and were very transparent on their pricing. On my appointment date, Ahndre arrived on time and immediately began working to diagnose the problem. He walked me through my options for repairs, setting out pricing for each. He was respectful of my budget, worked diligently, and took time to educate me on my plumbing system. Ahndre's service exceeded my expectations. Thanks to him, the smell of my kitchen disposal no longer makes my eyes water. :)

Our water company let us know we had a leak by our meter.  I called Jr's Plumbing and Joe came out the next day and got it fixed while I was at work.  I really appreciated the quick response and fix.  Highly recommended.

I used them years ago to complete a bathroom remodel and they did a great job for a reasonable price.

However, 2 years later, I've gotten several estimates from them for plumbing and for HVAC and all of their estimates are at least 3xs as much as the next two estimates I've received.  Their pricing is LUDICROUSLY expensive.  

They wanted to charge me $30K to rough in a new plumbing/drain line for an addition including new gas line location (5' from existing location).  The next 2 were for $9000 and $7800 for the exact same services.  I mean they REALLY do try to gouge you.  

Outside of their pricing, they're on time, professional and knowledgeable - but if you're looking to pay a reasonable price, look elsewhere.

This company is awesome. We have used them twice now and have received excellent service each time. The owner Kathlyn always answers the phone and is very helpful. The crew that comes out is very knowledgeable, polite, and they work quickly to resolve your issue. They fixed a faulty toilet flange in just over an hour and even cleaned up the floors after they were done. Would highly recommend this company!!
