Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Irving TX

Spoke to someone on the phone regarding the need to obtain an estimate. Emailed them the information that I had already received from another plumber. Rodger's Plumbing never responded.

I had a leak from upstairs bathroom into kitchen at my rental and I needed a plumber fast. Luckily Robert answered right away.

It's 38 degrees outside as I write this and its a cozy 68 degrees where I'm sitting due to my new system. It was installed yesterday by the team that anyone would wish for when having someone show up to work at your house. They were on time, polite, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know bout the system. Justin and Dakota were the installers and they were meticulous.

Everything was carefully removed, replaced and tested right down the check list to make sure it was done correctly. They went through and made adjustments to the options and settings as per the request of my wife and me, and they even programmed the thermostat to my wife's preferences, and it took them all of about a minute or so to do it. The thermostat was easy to use and intuitive.

It's also worth mentioning...a lot of businesses use the adage leave it cleaner than you found it but these guys made it a serious part of their process.They brought in more tarps to protect the floor than Davinci had when he did the Sistine chapel. Every piece of equipment or doorknob or anything else they touched or came near was wiped down or swept clean before they left. There was not a single piece of wire insulation, or a discarded screw, or piece of cardboard or packing foam left anywhere. I mean...these guys are meticulous.

They did a beautiful job and I can tell the difference in how everything runs. It's quiet, it's more efficient and I'm saving about a quarter of the electricity having just upgraded my old system to this two-ton 14 SEER system.

Again, the installers are Justin and Dakota and our sales rep is Chad. It's going to be quite a while before I may ever need another AC system installed, but if I do, I hope they're still around, because I will request them. Awesome install, Xtreme Air Services!

DO NOT call these people!  I have a clogged sink - it has happened before and I had it done for $120.  So I thought it would be in the ball park.  These people would not give an estimate over the phone, AND they charge a $89.95 trip charge (waived if you do the service).  With a $50 off online special they quoted me $321!  I kicked them out on their asses and refused to pay the trip charge.  I have since recieved an online quote of $175 from a company who will come out for a free no obligation estimate.  NEVER use AJ's - these people are out to rip you off - anyone will give you a better price than they will!

Nick and Garrett were wonderful! They diagnosed all the plumbing issues with the property quickly and professionally and gave me expert advice about repairs needed, showing me what needed fixing and why. Pablo is the best. My sister found him through Yelp 3 years ago and now whole family uses him. I trust him 100%. Friendly, honest, through, clean. He is busy but always works hard to fit us in. Excellent.

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

My last review was taken down. I assume many similar reviews have been taken down, and that's why Joe has all 5 stars.

Just reiterating, this man stole money from me. 3400 dollars for a tunnel he never dug, to a slab leak that the plumber who fixed my CLOG could find no trace of. North Dallas. He agreed to pay me back nearly a week ago, then stopped taking calls, or replying to texts.

Horrible experience. After two days could never get a plumber to my house. They couldn't tell me when and said they dispatch plumbers based on your proximity to their current job. Of course they never told me this when they gave me courtesy calls saying they were really busy but would get to me soon. If you want help, call another company.

And here is the company's response via BBB. Yes plumbing issues are frustrating. Wasting two days on a company that gives false hope they will help is worse. But hey glad you have an efficient manner to operate your business. Kudos for the honesty and response I suppose.

Because we never know how long any job may take, it makes it impossible to accurately predict our subsequent service response. Unfortunately, with the last hard freeze, there are not enough plumbers industry wide in the DFW metroplex to have kept up with the demand. We added your service request to our queue and communicated that we would try to get you a plumber as quickly as possible and that we would stay in communication. I sincerely wish that we could have responded sooner. We truly understand the frustration that plumbing problems cause. Thanks again for the opportunity and we are sorry we were unable to help.

Best of luck? I didn't need luck, just a company that would actually help. You aren't it. How would you know what the work was when you never sent or planned to send anyone to our house?

Hoping one person sees this and decides to choose  another company given how you operate. Consumers deserve to know when a company fails. If that is smearing so be it.

I had a plumbing emergency and found out my regular plumber does not do evenings or weekends. I called My Local Plumber and the person who answered asked a lot of questions and had me send pics. She shared the pics and details with a plumber and had someone there in 20 minutes after 5 pm on a Friday. The plumber took the time to show me the issue and explain what caused it. The cost was reasonable. Moving forward, I will use them as my plumber.

Great service end to end. Blue does great work. Costs are reasonable and the quality of the service is good too.

Used this company to service our 3 AC units in late Spring. They also repaired my hot water heater. They were professional, timely, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest reputable company.

Used roto rooter many times but our most recent experience is bad enough that we'll never use them again.  Took 5 hours to get a plumber for an emergency call after being told I'd hear from some one in one hour.  My follow up calls were immediately routed to dispatch who told me on two separate occasions that someone was on the way.  During a third call I was told no one had been dispatched and it would take another hour.  Plumber arrived 11 pm Thursday and didn't have the right part on his truck to fix my toilet (a very minor repair). Could not get another guy until Saturday morning.

Clean up crew showed up while water was still leaking. One member of the clean up crew that came over the four days was disrespectful to a neighbor and has now caused a rift between us. That is completely unacceptable.
Thus far my calls to complain have not been returned.
