Best Bathtub Repair in Irving TX
Great service from the initial call through completing the service. He showed up as promised, educated me while working, charged what he quoted, and went beyond the call of duty to deliver superior service. Hopefully, you don't have an emergency as he stays busy and it might be difficult to get an appointment. If you do get an appointment, you will never call anyone else for plumbing services.
And btw, the owner's name is Robert--not Darrel.

I requested that they come out and do a water jetting on my system. Danny and Steve showed up 30 minutes early and got the job done quickly and we're both extremely pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing needs!

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

Randy Staggs is an outstanding plumber who provides excellent service. While visiting my sister here, we had a plumbing emergency at her house. Water was shooting everywhere! Mr. Staggs showed up immediately (he was in the area so he rushed over!). He assessed the situation, provided an extremely reasonable bid, and fixed the problem and troubleshot a little extra. Exceptional service and workmanship.

Pablo is great! Very knowledgeable and upfront with pricing. I bought an older home in Plano with various plumbing issues and Pablo was not only quick to respond to my request for services, he did a great job with his repairs and offered advice for maintenance on my home moving forward.

We had a problem with our toilet leaking from the base, Joe showed up. He opened a hole in our wall on the other-side and created valves to shut on and off. He thought it was a slab leak and requested $1200 deposit for a $3500 job. Then concluded that he'd need to dig a tunnel from our H room to that bathroom which would end up being $6900. So we then needed to give him a deposit of $3500. We were feeling a bit weary considering he hadn't really checked the little things first like, a clog, for instance. He did not have a lot of plumbing tools on hand and needed to leave often. He has Zelle as a payment method and has you send it to his girlfriend instead of him or his company. On top of that, he has no paperwork. Nothing to sign, nothing to read over and confirm in writing. No receipts. He guilted us about not wanting him to start until 9am because he likes to start at 7am. I decided to give him the opportunity and he didn't show up. I called him at 7:30 and asked where he is. He said he needed to take his girlfriend to work. Be aware, he needs to take his girlfriend to work everyday at 9am. So the fact that we were guilted about that even when knowing this information is ironic. He does not call or text you to let you know he is on the way or if he's going to be late. You have to reach out to him to get answers. We decided to go our separate ways because we needed to have the issue fixed ASAP and had been without water for 5 days. We couldn't take it anymore. We also wanted to have a second opinion. We then had new plumbers come out the next day and they assessed the issue, which surprise! Was a clog. And fixed the problem within an hour. And only $600. It sucks because we wanted to give a small business a try but this was honestly not okay... He has yet to refund us for the services we did not have done. This is your friendly neighborhood warning. As it stands this company seems like a scam. I will follow up on this if and when I am refunded.

Unclogged a kitchen sink with a backup far down the line. Even replaced our PVC under the sink. Same day service. A little expensive, but very professional and communicates well.

AAAuger responded immediately to my leaking pipe. Unfortunately, the plumber they sent was in over his head. Upon noticing this, I called the home office. In less than 30 minutes a manager was at my house. Taking control of the situation, calling in back up and working thru the night to fix my leak. They also had damaged an area in my home. 3 painters and a contractor showed up the next morning to fix my house back to normal. I have never seen a company react so quickly to a mistake. I am sold on AAAuger (have used them for 10 years/this was their first mistake). Dustin the general manager is excellent at customer service and an awesome plumber. They are lucky to have him at the company.

The faucet valves to my washer had corroded over time and would not close. Professor Plumb was able to fit my appointment in at the last minute. The job done was perfect. He replaced the valves, added an access panel to the wall were the pipes were located and cleaned up the laundry room floor nicer than it was when he arrived. He even ran a leak check and test for me once done.
Great service, Very reasonable price, I am very happy with the service. I will most likely replace a water heater within the next few months. Professor Plumb will get the call.
cheers,

I highly recommend this company. My hot water tank ruptured and they worked me into their schedule that day. The lady answering the phone was very polite and later that morning followed up with a call to let me know that they finished a job early and could come out sooner than scheduled. The technicians were clean cut and professional. They did a great job and even cleaned up the mess after the installation. The price is very reasonable too.

I can't say enough wonderful things about ProCo Plumbing. They are family owned and operated and their technicians have been with them for awhile - which says something about how the company is run. Gabe and Shelly are just a phone call away, always patient and kind (with my multiple phone calls) and johnny-on-the-spot when I needed them. The team was timely, friendly & professional, and completed the multiple levels of work I had for them. Did I mention I didn't feel like I I was held up for ransom on the price? Please, support our local, family owned businesses and give ProCo Plumbing a shot at your projects.

They responded promptly, and I had a quote the next day and AC installed two days later. Dakota, Roland, and Billy were all very polite and personable. They explained all that they had done in terms I could understand. They cleaned up their mess afterwards, and even vacuumed. Overall I had a great experience with Xtreme Air.

So I had an emergency where my hot water was red tagged. My Tennant called me. Roto rooter told me they could fix it in a few hours. Since my tenant had no hot water I thought perfect! Well needless to say they charged me 6700 for the hot water heater and couldn't even get it done til 3 days later, not to mention the pilot kept going out and they had to order another part that took over 2 weeks. My poor tenant had to call every day to light the pilot so their water could be on. The hot water heater came with no warrantee worth mentioning I believe it was a 6 month. And to think I spent that much money. Please use any other place, even if the quality is equally bad at least you won't be charged double for a simple solution.

READ THIS: Before calling A#1 we made the mistake of calling a different AC company who also has nice colorful trucks and commercials. They came out to do diagnostics, charged us $79.00 (seemed fair) then told us we had a bad switch in the condenser that was welded into the freon line therefore we would have pay an additional $800 (on top of the switch part cost of $700) to re-charge the system with freon. Also, the tech said our fan was out of balance and that would need to be replaced for an additional $500 BUT they could take off $160 if we joined their PM (preventative maintenance) club. On top of all this the tech said he found mold around the wires in our upstairs AC unit but wait.... it just so happens they sell a photocell piece of equipment that could be inserted into the AC unit that would remove all the hazardous moldy air we're breathing for an extra $1,200.00!! We felt like we had a used care salesman in our house rather than a real AC refrigeration tech and at every turn he was trying to sell us and take advantage. Every time we asked about a part cost he would run out to his truck and call his office to get the price. Wow what a freaking rip off. My wife and I kindly paid the $79 service fee but decided we needed a second option. We called A#1 Air who we found in the Denton County Verified Home Services Guide. A#1 Air charges $59 for a service call to diagnose the issue. Our tech Mark Derby was simply fantastic, courteous and very professional. Mark diagnosed the issue and told us the part was not welded into the freon line therefore we did not have to pay for freon. The fan did need to be replaced but cost nearly $300 less than the other AC company. Mark told us what to do about the mold and said it's very common just wipe the area down that was exposed with bleach water and we would be fine. Mark is a very sharp tech and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. Also, Mark was able to give us ball park costs on parts without running to his truck to call his office. I know we can definitely trust A#1 Air. I wish the owners a lot of success as they seem to have a great and honest company. Please keep doing what your doing and thanks for not trying to sell us a bunch of bullshit we don't need. Thanks for saving us almost $2,000
Thank you A#1 Air!
