Best Sink Installation in Irving TX
I'm in Charlotte and have a home in Dallas. I was informed that water was running out of the bathroom and into the living room. They came over within a couple hours and fixed everything right up with no surprises. I'm very happy and will use them forever. Great family type service! Thank you. Km.

My sewer chose the worst possible time to back up, right in the middle of the worst winter freeze in decades. I contacted Mullins Plumbing via Yelp and they were surprisingly quick to respond, again given the weather conditions. They showed up the next morning and in no time had the sewer cleared. Unfortunately they didn't know what clogged the line, only that it was something hard as they were not able to obtain a sample. But they were fairly confident it wasn't roots. With all the bad weather, power outages and 50+ calls they were working for that day they were still able to schedule me in for that morning. Definitely two thumbs up! Thank you Mullins Plumbing!!!

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

Excellent plumbers who clean up well and serve with smiles. Shoe covers and they try to do the least expensive fixes first before doing more.

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

I wish I had more stars to give this company. Their prices, service, communications, attentiveness, kindness, expertise - all of it was far beyond our expectations. You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys so much!

Customer service/communication was awful. They installed Generac generator for us which went relatively smooth and told us they could service it when the time came. The time came and when I called, the person on the phone seemed clueless. She did get it scheduled for a couple days later. Then the day before (on Thursday) we get a call saying there's a kit they need that they don't have so they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 10am-5pm and they'll call 90 mins before they arrive. We say okay. Tuesday at 5:30 rolls around and we have not been contacted. We call them and they say the tech got stuck on another job and apologize no one called, but they can come on Wednesday between 10am-5pm. On Wednesday they no called, no showed AGAIN. That's when we were finally done with them. Highly recommend you find another company

RUN. Don't ever use them. CROOKS!!!! Installer came through ceiling. A/C never
worked right. Had to come back a year later and redo entire attic work. Way
overpriced! Neighbor got same system at half the price. They pay for those big
ads in the paper by ripping off senior citizens.

Two technicians came to home for hot water heater estimate. Were advised of size needed, and age of existing. Gave price--highest of 5 we got, but could not tell me brand used, warranty info--basically nothing. $89 charge for nothing. This was the only company that charged! Advised dispatcher of lack of info given--said she would have the manager call me. He never did--would not trust them to do any work.

We've got a new family plumber! I know exactly who I will call and recommend every time. Joe was professional, responsive, helpful and very friendly! Great with our kids and helped resolve our issue quickly and diagnosed points for improvement.
This time it was a clogged sewer vent pipe that was causing stoppage, but regardless given the fair and competitive price and the impeccable service and friendliness, there's no one I'd rather call.
Thank you, Plumbing 101!

Unclogged a kitchen sink with a backup far down the line. Even replaced our PVC under the sink. Same day service. A little expensive, but very professional and communicates well.

We just had a new tankless water heater installed in our attic. Eric and Martin were the installers, and John was the field supervisor who visited with me upon their arrival and came back to check the work when it was completed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. I really appreciated their fast response time. Eric responded to our initial inquiry quickly and was able to come the next day and give me a quote. He explained all the pros and cons of the different tankless heaters they offered and help us decide on one that best fits our needs. He also informed me of the nice $300 rebate they were offering for a review. I would have given the same glowing review whether or not a rebate was involved! I am a happy customer now. It's certainly never good to be without hot water, especially for a kitchen sink and dishwasher, which is what that water heater serviced. I would highly recommend Eric and the crew at AAA Auger for all your plumbing needs.

I'll admit that I typically write reviews in two situations: really bad or really good service. This review is because of really good service.
After moving into our new house we had both pluming and ac issues. We had them come out two different time. Both times were equally as fantastic. They are on time, courteous, reasonable, and provide quality service. They answered all of our questions, gave us honest suggestions (including ones that might not make them the most money), and after they left we felt like we got a really quality product at a good price. We will continue to be loyal customers and recommend them to all our friends.

Business practice bordering on being fraudulent! Beware!
We had a sewer back up caused by tree roots in the yard. They came out to clear the tree roots. It was expensive, but they were the only ones that I could get to come out that weekend, so I accepted it.
Then, things got ugly. They offered a free camera inspection. I assumed it was to help me locate the roots and offer an estimate on the repair. They did give me an estimate (about 2x what other companies suggested). That was all we heard from them for nearly 3 weeks.
Then we sent the report to the people who had purchased our house to inform them of the tree root issue. They reached out to Roto Rooter, and the guy smelled money with new home buyers. He pulled out the video he had taken under the slab of the house (never was asked to do this), and pointed out what he called separation in the sewer line and recommended tens of thousands of dollars of repairs. He never mentioned that a hydrostatic leak test is the only way to determine if any of the work was even necessary. What's worse, he lied to the buyers and told them he had already mentioned all of this to us.
I think we are going to get all this resolved amicably (fingers crossed), but this nearly caused a lawsuit between us and our buyers.
It's sleazy enough to use someone's predicament to go look for ways to make extra money for your company, but only mentioning that work upon discovering there were new home buyers, much more likely to accept these repairs, and then lying to them about already notifying us about it is borderline fraudulent.
If you can't get anyone cheaper to clear a backup, then call them, but don't let them do ANYTHING other than clear the backup. Call a real plumber for everything after that, not a scam artist looking to make a quick buck.
