6:30pm suddenly there was no hot water at the house.. and we have a young baby!! I called the warranty company they said we need to wait because it's after hours, I called Rodger plumbing and Shirly answered, quickly she advised us what to do so we will get the hot water running, Thank you SO much!!  We will definitely save your number !! It's amazing to find truly good people here!!

Where do I begin? The staff here is absolutely amazing. For me, customer service is everything, and these guys have got it going on! They're friendly, knowledgable and always do an amazing job. My husband and I have used Mullins Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. For those of you looking for a good reputable company that you can always rely on (because let's face it, you never know when you'll need to call them, but when you do, it's often an emergency!) you can definitely rely on Mullins Plumbing. I've just moved into a new home and am hiring them to take care of all the plumbing repairs and installations, and I know fully well I'll be taken care of. :)

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

I had a toilet bowl that wouldn't fill and some loose hardware in my shower. They came out within an hour after I called. They send you texts to let you know that the tech is on his way with his name. They also do a very comprehensive follow up to make sure you are satisfied. The tech fully explained the problem, the cost, and the repair needed. The cost was fair. The lady who does the scheduling is very pleasant and helpful. Everything is automated so you know the company keeps up with technology.

Best plumber experience so far....and I've had many through ownership in three different houses, and three businesses.  The service was very courteous, prompt professional and  clean.  I enjoyed the interaction and learning about the root of my drain clog problem.  Highly recommended.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. This company went above and beyond to help me out. Our AC started experiencing issues and due to it being an older unit (15 years old) we knew we would be looking at having to replace the whole system in the near future. Unfortunately I called a couple of other companies prior to calling Comfort Experts and had sub par results with the others (missed appointments, terrible customer service, discrepancies in costs). Comfort Experts came out to our house within 48 hrs and gave me every answer and option I needed. They even helped me move my weight machine that blocked our attic access! They then had an engineer come to our home a day or two later to do measurements to determine the best system needed to efficiently cool/heat our home. After he finished he gave us a quick history of the company (which made me feel even more comfortable) and went over each option in depth to determine which one best met our needs. They even set up a fast install date due to us having a 2 month old at the time. Now I wish I could say we installed and life was good, but due to our finances at the time and having a family friend with an opening in his AC company's schedule, we opted for a different option that fit our budget. I called and spoke to the engineer to give him the bad news and he was more than understanding. I got to give it to these guys, they treat you with respect and courtesy during this stressful time. If we ever have to deal with AC issues again, Comfort Experts will be my first call.

My  problem was simple and easily corrected within 15 minutes.  But it was very expensive, too expensive.  The part I needed retails for $35 and is easily available, Their charge was $350 for the $35 part and a total
Ticket price of $500.    I have purchased this service many times at $225-275.   I felt the part markup was too great but  as a landlord, I take care of my families.   I felt taken advantage , and I told several people within the company.  They didn't seem to care.    My air conditioning friends laughed at me, because I paid such a high price.   The whole thing was unsettling and I will not use this company again.

During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water.  We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come.  We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us.  Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night.  He did the repairs professionally,  was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake.  I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.

DO NOT call these people!  I have a clogged sink - it has happened before and I had it done for $120.  So I thought it would be in the ball park.  These people would not give an estimate over the phone, AND they charge a $89.95 trip charge (waived if you do the service).  With a $50 off online special they quoted me $321!  I kicked them out on their asses and refused to pay the trip charge.  I have since recieved an online quote of $175 from a company who will come out for a free no obligation estimate.  NEVER use AJ's - these people are out to rip you off - anyone will give you a better price than they will!

This is the worse service ever, appointment is at 9 am but no call from anyone until I call around 9:30 am and Eric said first available after 9 when asked where is the plumber and he said still at another job and should be soon, hung up and waited until 10:37 been told by Abby that there was mistake and schedule over looked,  my husband asked how come no one call to let us know, she lied that Eric called, my husband said there was no call from Eric and the appointment was booked for 9 am.   Eric came on the phone and was being rude, not once apologized for what happened. He waisted our time since our toilet not fixed, horrible service we will not only never use them again but also will tell everyone not to use them either.  There should be no star available for review so customer like us can rate these people/companies which Eric/Abby deserve.   Please don't use them because you'll be disappointed.  They SUCKS!!!!!

I hope David Cross the CEO of the company read this and either fire Eric and Abby or retrained them again, since they gave his company a bad name.  I'm going to find out if I can write him an email about them also.

Mike did an excellent job today! He assessed our problem, he resolved the problem in a timely manner! He was very nice and very professional!

AWESOME SERVICE FROM END TO END. Mark and Cam were excellent to work with - great people, very knowledgeable and solved all issues promptly. They cleaned up, answered my questions, came the day after I called, and helped me with some issues that were not brought up on the call.

Talk about thieves.

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use this company. I called due to a dish disposal that is not working. Their technician came out and quoted the job which totaled $480.00. I asked what made up labor and what made up parts. He rudely reluctantly told me that the parts were $180.00 which means that the labor was a total of $300.00. When I asked the technician what else made up the price he said, nothing else, the part is $180 (note the quotes)... I then stated so the difference of $300.00 is labor and his response, verbatim was if you want to look at it that way.
$300.00 for a job that took him a total of hours.
This is not a comment on their customer service, the technician was a tad sharp at the lip but his manager was tolerable and gave me a $30 discount based on a coupon on their website bringing the total to $450.00.

With it all said and done, I will NOT be utilizing their services again.
