My job was hard.  I had a hard-to-detect leak in front of the house.  

Plumbers are in high demand, and I'm sure this company is no exception.  Most won't call you back promptly, but Rodger's did.  And they also ball-parked a range of what it would take to fix my problem - which is RARE, and makes it SO much easier to commit.  So before they even arrived I was impressed.

The crew was early, knew exactly what they were doing, and spent almost all day prosecuting my leak (which required them to excavate two completely separate areas of muddy garden).  Man it looked tough!

The final price was high end of stated range, and I was happy to pay it.  These guys are my plumbers now, and honestly...they should be yours too.

Had a leaking shower facet, my house is an older home and didn't to make the leak worse. So after calling and checking around decided to do with Mullins.  
They came to my home check the problem gave me a quote which was fair that decided to have two toilets replaced, to ( remember older home).
They showed up the next morning and let me tell you amazing work. Showers is working great, since it was an older shower they had to go to the plumbing store to get the right part for that model. Glad I didn't decide to be a do-it-yourselfers.   For the toilets one needed extra work done to it, leaving it. Both are working great, they do a fantastic job, clean, professional, and they warranty their work.  
We talked about remolding my bathroom which will be a future project.

I made an appointment for the next day between 12:00 & 2:00.
The lady said someone would call before arriving for appointment.
He called and arrived an hour before appointment time.
He described the problem and solution that I already knew, quoted me a reasonable price, had the repair done in a few hours and cleaned up real nice.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .

Don't recommend! I had a whole new furnace/AC system installed 10/2020 -$14k. Everly SINGLE year I had them visit my home because the system was lent working. My labor warranty ended 11/2022 - so I had Rowlett Air come out and they said the fuses kept getting blown because the electrical box was too small - shouldn't Extreme Air had to know that???? Another $700 later Rowlett air fixed.

Xtreme Air is good at one thing selling - as far as fixing and installing NO!!!!!!!! God somewhere else.

I was told during August hottest month when out AC was down (New system mind you) they couldn't get to us till the following week. it was over 100degrees in my home with small kids and animals!

stay away from Xtreme air! You have been warned.

2 stars for polite representative and quick dispatch. Unfortunately, I was not told about a charge for estimates beforehand. I followed their prompt for Get a quote and a fee was not mentioned. Two guys showed up. Were here less than 3 minutes and seemed confused that I only wanted an estimate. They looked at the projects, went out to the truck, and came back in with a reasonable fee (at least for these days with inflated prices) but only then announced that there would be an $89 fee! I agree there should be a fee for their time and gas, but there's no way the 7 total minutes of travel and eval was worth that kind of money. Choosing to go with a more up-front company even tho I will have wasted that $$. Just can't see giving more cash to them after these actions left a bad taste in my mouth.

My last review was taken down. I assume many similar reviews have been taken down, and that's why Joe has all 5 stars.

Just reiterating, this man stole money from me. 3400 dollars for a tunnel he never dug, to a slab leak that the plumber who fixed my CLOG could find no trace of. North Dallas. He agreed to pay me back nearly a week ago, then stopped taking calls, or replying to texts.

Unclogged a kitchen sink with a backup far down the line. Even replaced our PVC under the sink. Same day service. A little expensive, but very professional and communicates well.

I had a great experience w/ AAA Auger and will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing services. They were friendly, fast, and knew what they were doing.

For over 30 years I've used John Holden Plumbing and now his daughter, Denise Rodriguez, has taken over as My Local Plumber, 972-418-1421. They just completed work for me finding 2 leaks under my foundation and did a great job. I highly recommend them. Character, integrity and professionalism. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best company they are fast friendly and reliable. They keep you posted from the moment you  place work order to when they are in route and  they send you texts and call you (updating you and giving you the name and picture of tech who will be providing the service for you AC or plumbing issue. This way you know who to expect, they are so kind they just go above and beyond from customer service to the techs or service people they send to do job.  They really make you feel like you are their top priority  and treat you as such. I have used this company serval times and they just keep getting better. They were faster then the home warranty and cheaper and more efficient. They are the best.

Very unprofessional behavior - had initial service appointment, where they tried to charge $97 for a 10 minute visit, in addition to the $65 bucks for even getting to the house; determined that pump had to be exchanged so no real work took place initially. Agreement to provide cost estimate for pump and contacting me again for next appointment - never happened. I had 2 follow-up calls with them to NO effect. Company is only making money on the initial visit, never shows up a second time. That's a crooked business model.
