With technology and competition growing daily, I believe that businesses offer the same type of service. The difference being customer service and quality. Rodgers offered me both. The walk through, explanation, as well as communication throughout the process made me feel comfortable from the start. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Oh, I forgot! Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Pablo is great! Very knowledgeable and upfront with pricing. I bought an older home in Plano with various plumbing issues and Pablo was not only quick to respond to my request for services, he did a great job with his repairs and offered advice for maintenance on my home moving forward.

Came out to my house on a Sunday and Blue did a great job.  Didn't charge me an arm and leg with it being the weekend.  Most other places wanted more than I was charged just to show up on the weekend.  I will definitely use them again.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

My compressor was making loud noises and sounded like something electrical. When the techs go there they immediately told me it was my compressor. The diagnosis was that I needed to replace my compressor and condenser, low end was going to be $4000 to $6000. Long story short I got a second opinion from Speedy Services . Luis, the tech, took the compressor apart and found an electrical short, replaced it and I spent less than $200. I feel that Xtreme Air Services techs were trying to take advantage of me because I didn't know diddly squat about AC. Calling for a second opinion was a crucial decision and I'm glad I did it.

We can't thank these guys enough. We had a pipe burst today thanks to the snow, and they came out after their busy day should have been over to cap it and get our water back on. They were extremely professional, showed up with masks on, and explained everything to us. Truly, we can't thank you guys enough, and you've earned customers for life! Thank you!!!

My last review was taken down. I assume many similar reviews have been taken down, and that's why Joe has all 5 stars.

Just reiterating, this man stole money from me. 3400 dollars for a tunnel he never dug, to a slab leak that the plumber who fixed my CLOG could find no trace of. North Dallas. He agreed to pay me back nearly a week ago, then stopped taking calls, or replying to texts.

This is the worse service ever, appointment is at 9 am but no call from anyone until I call around 9:30 am and Eric said first available after 9 when asked where is the plumber and he said still at another job and should be soon, hung up and waited until 10:37 been told by Abby that there was mistake and schedule over looked,  my husband asked how come no one call to let us know, she lied that Eric called, my husband said there was no call from Eric and the appointment was booked for 9 am.   Eric came on the phone and was being rude, not once apologized for what happened. He waisted our time since our toilet not fixed, horrible service we will not only never use them again but also will tell everyone not to use them either.  There should be no star available for review so customer like us can rate these people/companies which Eric/Abby deserve.   Please don't use them because you'll be disappointed.  They SUCKS!!!!!

I hope David Cross the CEO of the company read this and either fire Eric and Abby or retrained them again, since they gave his company a bad name.  I'm going to find out if I can write him an email about them also.

Made an appointment, received callback on day of appointment to status arrival. Service was quick, precise and fairly priced. Excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

We moved in to our home a month ago and the heater went out the same day as Dallas hit 24 degrees and snow...I used Yelp to find Cody and Sons since the service provider selected by my Home Warranty company hadn't contacted me (still hasn't).  Tony called almost immediately after I hit send on the email to potential providers.  He explained that the soonest he could come was the next afternoon and he understood if I could find someone to come faster, just to let him know.  Tony arrived wearing shoe protectors, which I appreciate, and immediately got to work.  He was happy to talk to the Home Warranty rep twice to get payment approved and was able to get our heat back on within an hour.  
We will definitely be calling Tony for spring and fall HVAC preventative services.
