I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. Always had great customer service with this company. Competitive prices too. They performed a very thorough tune up and let me know what parts are aging and may need replacing soon. The technician also showed me estimates for the repairs.

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

Jonathan came out to install a surge protector on our home. We provided the surge protector itself, but he had a great switch cover for it and installed it seamlessly. He was helpful, patient, and explained everything very well. Will recommend them and use them in the future!
