They were responsive via yelp and set up an estimate right away.  She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, she was also very responsive and although they offered a great price, we proceeded with another company that was lower

Called these folks and scheduled an appointment today.  They texted me that they were on the way and then never showed up and never responded to my inquiry if they were still coming.    

Not great standing up and ghosting a potential client.

I scheduled with this company and took off from work. Nobody ever called to cancel, they just never showed up. I have no clue what type of work they do but they are definitely not reliable nor respectful of other people's time.

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. Bathrooms clogged up all of a sudden Wednesday night. Tried everything from snake to cleaner to plunging and nothing would work. Called one of the places I found on google to get an estimate and came out to give an estimate and was extremely high. Had seen the reviews for Ron's on yelp and gave them a call. They were able to give a price over the phone before scheduling the appointment which was great. The guys appeared and were done in less than 5 minutes and was more than 50% less than the first company. Very knowledgable and polite. Both guys were extremely professional and offers a 30 day guarantee on their work. HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for work needing done. Fast, local, and professional all in 1.

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

My 14-50 outlet works great. I got the cheapest quote from them and Installation appointment was  within 48 hours.

I have used these guys in several occasions and they never cheated on me. Recently had a leak and the person Mike was super nice coming to my house on time and try very hard to not damage anything to find the issue.  He did, fixed it and cost us $286 for all the 2.5 hours he was trying to find it and fix it.  I know he was honest b/c i was with him and listening to him using his logic to figure this out. This leak was a hard case to find.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .

The technicians, Jonathan and Emanuel, were timely, gracious and polite. They did the work that they said would do (replacing my water heater), in less time than they said, carted away the old heater and cleaned up afterward. Very professional. The only thing that keeps me from giving them more stars (and others have mentioned this) is that their price was so high. Some of the things they charged me for were just ridiculously (and unfairly) overpriced. But we had the work done because the weather is bad and we felt confident that the work itself would be done quickly and professionally, which it was. I'm sure the technicians have nothing to do with the price, but that issue alone would probably dissuade me from calling Mansfield plumbing again.

Just got a quote to replace the system in my house. Not only was the service tech 2 hours late, the quote I got was extremely rushed and cookie cutter. Not to mention $4k higher than my Reliant quote. His response to me was well sorry I came out ..... that seals the deal for me.

Not a good experience what so ever sorry I even have to give 1 Star. Called got a $39 quote for fee just to come out. Then roommate called them back to make appt told him $69 then he told them we got a quote $39 she said oh you have pier and beam it is $39. They never showed up. Called at 2:02pm they said oh there is no guarantee the 10-2 window. He called back at first they said they were in a meeting we will call you back. I've worked in customer service all my life. I was shocked. Then he called back again when they didn't show and they said no it's $69 for the visit. Hhhhmmmm oh yes we cancelled the appointment. Save yourself some aggravation. Call someone else like we did. NIGHTMARE

They worked on a plumbing problem for 2 hours, but could not fix the problem. Then they charged me for their time spent at my house!  $120 for nothing!
