Best Bathtub Installation in Irving TX
Professional, punctual and affordable! I am so impressed by the impeccable quality of work they provided and not to mention that it was very short notice. Don't bother to look around, I got several quotes and was given many responses but no one else was as friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Solutions to all my family and friends!! Thank you again for the top notch service!!

I'm a tight wad who does a lot of research on repair men if I can't handle a repair myself. I've used them a total of 3 times now and they have gone out of their way to get the job done quickly and economically. The first time I used them they were the best price of 4 plumbers. Roto router quoted 80% more.

Michael came out so quickly and got the job done even in 100+ temps, working late into the evening. Very hard worker. I definitely recommend The Handyman's Daddy.

AWESOME! Over the couple of months, two of our bathroom sinks were gradually draining more and more slowly, and one of the faucets was running very poorly. We contacted Staggs on Friday morning, and they had someone come out Saturday morning (gave us the option of Friday as well). Nicholas, the plumber, came out and examined our sinks and quickly fixed both by cleaning them out and fixed the faucet by changing the faucet aerotor (after trying to clean it). He was very courteous and professional and took time explaining what he was doing and how I could easily try the same if these issues arise in the future. I felt that he was really trying to solve the problem in the most cost effective manner rather than pushing for more expensive treatments. (To put this into context, this was after a different company had recommended hydrojetting our entire system for north of $2600 without even evaluating the pipes). I would 100% recommend Nicholas and Staggs Plumbing and plan to use them for any other issues in the future! (hopefully not any time soon though)

Pablo is awesome! Nice guy and very professional. He definitely went above and beyond to provide good customer service. I know nothing about home repair, but he walked me through every step of the process. Very reasonable pricing. Seriously, if you need a plumber, call this guy.

I am so thankful for Plumbing 101 of DFW! I never write Yelp reviews but had such a good experience, I truly wanted to! I woke up a few days ago to a lot of pooling water in my bathroom. After trying to find the source of the leak, but failing miserably, I decided to call a plumber. I typically look on Yelp for everything, searching for a place with good reviews. I called the first company who couldn't come out same-day, then called a second company who made an appointment, but then CANCELED! I was fed up and finally called Plumbing 101 of DFW, which looks somewhat new because there were no reviews. An appointment was set for a few hours later. The worker was on time (shocker, compared to other companies I've dealt with) and he was very professional. Within 45 minutes, he had found the source of the leak and corrected it - obviously being very knowledgeable, he told me where the leak was and how he went about correcting the issue so it wouldn't happen again. This guy really knows his stuff. Also, for same-day service, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using these guys again if I ever need them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

AAA is legit! Had some plumbing issues and called Triple A late last night and they were able to schedule me an appointment for today. When the plumber (Dan) arrived he put some shoe covers when he walked into the house. Gotta get give him props for that! He was able to unclog my drain and gave me some maintenance tips. This company is very professional! DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone with plumbing issues.

Made an appointment, received callback on day of appointment to status arrival. Service was quick, precise and fairly priced. Excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

I just had an estimate done. I'm sorry I didn't have the same experience as the rest of you. He came on time but gave me an estimate for $2451. He was going to charge $600 to run 40 ft pax ( I had 50 ft copper on hand) when it costs $30. Said I needed 1/2 when it only needed 1/4 pipe. I ended up getting the job done for $600. I felt he pushing the knowledge of an older female, or just to see how gullible I would be.

This team did a great job after another plumbing company screwed up the installation of the tankless hot water heater. They were on time and did a professional job and cleaned up after. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy before they left. I would hire them again, great experience.

Fastest response by a plumbing company I have ever received - and it was on the Tuesday morning right after Labor Day weekend. To be fair, the lady that handled my service request advised me of their fee structure. It turned out that I just needed a flexible water line under the sink replaced. Unfortunately, the plumber was called in from off duty and didn't arrive in his regular truck. So he did not have the replacement water line on hand. After a 5 minute diagnosis of the problem, a 25 minute round trip to Fergusons and 5 minute installation, he had fixed my problem. I was pleased with the service, the solution, the professionalism of the plumber and the representative on the phone. Maybe I was just hoping that I wouldn't be charged $219 for this simple / less than an hour repair. To be fair, I was told in advance that their service fee was $195 for first hour plus parts. Maybe I should have asked for a senior or Veteran's discount :).

The AC service technician (Dennis) was fast, polite and very thorough. We have known this company for over 10 years and all of their staff are great. The monthly service plans are well worth it, as they give you 2 free tune-ups per year, as well as discounts on future repairs. If you want to extend the life of your AC or furnace, consider Comfort Experts for your future service.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I am assuming they get bonuses for upselling and their prices are astronomical. It was 1`05 degrees so they had me, I couldn't say no. Really liked the tech but will not use this company again.

Used roto rooter many times but our most recent experience is bad enough that we'll never use them again. Took 5 hours to get a plumber for an emergency call after being told I'd hear from some one in one hour. My follow up calls were immediately routed to dispatch who told me on two separate occasions that someone was on the way. During a third call I was told no one had been dispatched and it would take another hour. Plumber arrived 11 pm Thursday and didn't have the right part on his truck to fix my toilet (a very minor repair). Could not get another guy until Saturday morning.
Clean up crew showed up while water was still leaking. One member of the clean up crew that came over the four days was disrespectful to a neighbor and has now caused a rift between us. That is completely unacceptable.
Thus far my calls to complain have not been returned.
Do not use roto rooter

A#1 Air is probably the most recognizable HVAC company in DFW due to advertising. This is probably the reason why they are ridiculously overpriced. I can deal with things being expensive but they try to trick the consumer into paying more, similar to a shady car mechanic taking advantage of naive customers. Here's my story:
My AC went out in the middle of summer. Hell on Earth. I called A#1 because I see them everywhere and all over their website it used to say free estimates. The guy came out to basically inform me that my 17 year old unit needed to be replaced which I had already assumed. He drafted his estimate which was devastatingly expensive. In the estimate it included a a Goodman brand unit which is regarded as a budget unit. He also was going to include a brand new concrete slab for the unit to sit on. Oddly, their was about a $95 service fee that I needed to pay then and there which I refused and he quickly removed that from the bill after I had to call him out on the free estimate offer. Of course he was accommodating because he was doing his best to sell me his services
I luckily got 2 other quotes from other companies. Both HVAC companies warned me of A#1. Both technicians explained to me that the concrete slab actually comes with the unit. Meaning the A#1 guy was pitching the slab like he was hooking me up but it actually just comes along with the unit from the factory. Its literally part of the unit.
I went with the other company and paid $1500 less than the A#1 air quote and did not get the budget Goodman unit that A#1 tried to sell me. I ended up getting a higher caliber GE model. So really I probably saved a little over 2 grand by not using A#1 and that is about 40% of my purchase price.
Something has to pay for all of that advertising. Now they are giving away a muscle car and have hired the celebrity guy from a Hot Rod Show on Discovery to do commercials. By all means, if you want to pay 40-50% more so they can giveaway hot rods and pay celebrity endorsers go with A#1. Just please please get a second quote. Make sure you get the A#1 air quote first so that the technician from the other company can go over it with you.
